This private guesthouse sits in the back of a two acre beautiful oak tree covered lot, less than 2 miles from water. Included is a private patio with a gas grill for outdoor entertainment. The location is 7 miles to Port Aransas beach ferry and 10 minutes to Rockport shopping and dining. This is a fishing, duck hunting and bird watching paradise! The boat ramp is five minutes from house. We have street and alley entrances with plenty of free, private parking for a vehicle, trailer and boat.

We really enjoyed our stay the house was very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed and close to the ferry for our beach days. Will definitely return when coming back to the area!

Truly enjoyed this place it was beyond quiet, retired people seamed to be all around us,hardly any traffic at any time, house was as described, check ing easy If you are looking a place to relax and enjoy company of loved ones this is it If you’re looking for a party place it’s not for you But being from Dallas area we loved the slow pace and quiet HEB and Walmart less than 10 minutes away Try the Bakery Cafe for breakfast Army Navy store had some cool stuff Thank you so much Gina and James

My children and I had a wonderful time at this location. And we had a pond right next to us that was beautiful. Not only that, the pool was only a few steps away from our cabin. Will definitely stay there again.

Absolutely love this little home! 10 out of 10 recommend. Had all the needed amenities plus some, decorated super cute, fun games to play that occupied our time late night, beds were comfy and the outside area was super cute for pictures. It was the perfect size for our family of two adults two kids and a baby. Location was perfect as well. We felt right at home!

Had a great stay, my husband will love to book again with them. Backyard was really nice, couldn’t bring our puppy with us this trip but will definitely on the next.

New place to stay

Waterfront Getaway w/ Pier & Kayak Access!

This house was beyond beautiful. It was so peaceful and relaxing. It was nice to sit on the patio as my husband and boys fished off the private pier. Close to port aransas so easy to get to the beach as well!

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at the Tipsy Turtle. The house was easy to find, and close to everything. The area very quiet. The owner recommended a restaurant which was fantastic! We look forward to returning !
