Back yard is a hit with everyone, very relaxing. You can fish off the dock in the back yard or take the kayaks. Mustang Island beach is near by. We provide life jackets for the kayaks but we are not responsible for accidents. NO bottom fishing!! Bring your own poles, hooks, bobbers & bait. Pet Fee $30 per pet

Such a special place. My family and I stayed here for Thanksgiving week while also grieving the loss of a loved one. The ability to stay in a beautiful place, be together, and celebrate and reminisce our loved one - it was a week we'll never forget. Ryan and Tammye were friendly and responsive, the house was clean, well thought out, and was exactly what we needed. Thank you for great stay!

Private Fishing Pier on Copano Bay

This place was perfect for our bachelor trip. The beach house had beautiful views and the setup was spot on for a group of guys. We spent most of our time out on the pier fishing. We even got the opportunity to watch dolphins every day we were there from the back porch throughout the day. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for the crew to relax, grill, and hang out. We loved the game room. Can’t beat waking up to the sound of the water and kicking back with a couple beers while the sun sets. If you’re planning a guys’ trip or just want a solid fishing weekend, this is the spot. We’ll be talking about this trip for a while. John was a great host and we definitely will be coming back.

Michael was an awesome host. He was very accommodating and responded back quickly. My family and I have stayed at multiple beach houses but by far this home was the best. It was beautiful and had everything we needed! Definitely recommend staying here!!
