Fully self contained 2 bdrm cottage on a lifestyle farm. (Tariff is for 2 people). We have a small herd of cattle, including 3 Scottish Highlands. The bulk of the land is in native bush, with bush walks. 1 km from the Pou Herenga Tai cycle way, & about 30 mins drive from both Kaikohe & Kerikeri. With a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining room/lounge - it is comfortable, warm and homely. Limited Wifi and Freeview TV available. Our home till we built our new house (see photos).

Baylys Beach is an amazing place to visit, with a huge range of activities, beach fun, walking, fishing, 4WDriving, surfing, motorbiking, local golf course or just RELAX! We enjoy guests who appreciate the west coast and what its got to offer. Go no further in booking our bach if you cant handle sand, bugs, a little dust and cobwebs and buying toilet paper if it runs out. This 1940's reno bach is a still a WIP but has a new kitchen, toilet/bathrm, 3 bedrooms, ultrafast WIFI/Smart TV.

We have easy access to the property with a lock up double garage plus off street parking (even for a boat). The beach is only a short walk from the house. Easily one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had! So many thoughtful touches and extremely well equipped for our stay with our dog and baby which made our little trip away so lovely. Such a cute charming little stay and excellent value for money, we were also very happy we could book for just one night. The surrounding areas on the property are so peaceful and serene I just wish we had more time to enjoy it!

the place was beautiful furnished, a real home away from home. there was a cute little basket full of good information about the area, walks, restaurants, and other useful information. The kitchen was amazingly stocked, there even Marmite! It was a cold ish weekend, the place was nice and warm without need for heating (which was available) Aroha was super responsive and great to deal with. the place looks quite small from outside but is actually super roomey. walking distance to the beach with a great view from the deck, I can imagine how great it would be on a summer day! Loved everything about it, highly recommend and will definitely stay there again if Aroha will have us :)

Top House is on its own headland, super private and quiet. Incredibly peaceful outside and cosy inside. Spotlessly clean and has everything you need. A lovely, light and airy abode with breathtaking 270 degree views over the bays and only 7 mins drive from Russell and 15 mins to the lovely Sage restaurant.
