It's a short walk to convenience stores, restaurants and the Charleston Marina. Neighborhood is made up of small homes and mobile homes. Check yourself in with a lockbox. Recently renovated cottage with two bedrooms each with a comfortable memory foam queen bed. Fully furnished kitchen and comfortable living spaces. This cottage is on an 8 acre parcel that you’re welcome to experience. The owners may be on the other side of the property tending to the horses.

Bandon Beach Shack - modern, clean & cozy A-frame

Charming, modernly styled A-frame cabin across from the beach, walkable to local shops and restaurants. This is a no-shoe home. If this isn't your jam, please book a different listing. There are so many! We are right across the street from the beach, but beach access is at either end of our street, about a 2-minute walk. Directly across from our house are protected dunes that cannot be traversed.

Bandon Guesthouse

Warmer, less windy side of Bandon with Country Setting but only 3 minute drive to Old Town. Family friendly Guest Cottage. You do have to access the Bathroom through the Master Bedroom so this rental would be best for a family or close friends. This guesthouse is on the same property as our family home that we live in full time.

The Shed Guesthouse is located on one acre in a rural park-like setting with convenient access to Highway 101, 1/2-mile from Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, 4 miles from Bandon, and short distance from beaches, hiking and biking trails, kite boarding/surfing, restaurants at the Bandon Dunes, or cook in a fully equipped galley kitchen.
