The Lodge of Memories

The Chalet of Memories is located in the Zărandului Mountains, in the village of Căsoaia, Arăneag, 50 kilometers from Arad. The cottage has: - three bedrooms - spacious living room with fireplace - fully equipped kitchen - two bathrooms. The outdoor space is provided with: - grill area - cauldron - pizza oven - terrace - lake on which you have the possibility of sport fishing. Most importantly, there is a special energy in the cottage where memories are created and told.

The carefree cottage is located at an altitude of 650 m surrounded by fir, beech and oak forests. Access to the cottage is from Almas Saliste village (Zam Commune) on a cobbled road of about 6 km. At the request of the guests, the transfer from the village parking lot to the cottage is provided. You can take jeep or bike rides on the trails. Campfires can be organized on request as well as local food prepared on a wood fire. We are looking forward to seeing you!!

The cottage is located near the main road, benefiting from a mountainous landscape with a river near it, providing all the facilities that a tourist would like to meet for an unforgettable experience in the mountains! The cottage has 3 bedrooms (two double bedrooms and one bedroom with 3 beds), a main bathroom and a service bathroom, a spacious living room, a spacious basement, an annex that covers the needs for two people, a jacuzzi perfect for 9 people!

The house comprises on the ground floor a spacious living room, a bedroom with its own bathroom, an equipped kitchen, toilet, an outdoor terrace with barbecue and dining space, a hot tub with heated water and hydromassage (the hot tub is available for 300 lei/ a day or 400 lei for several days) Upstairs there are 3 rooms with double beds and private each, in 2 of the bedrooms there are extra single beds and a mattress on the floor of one of the rooms.

The air smells of honey, the deer are curiously watching you, the cart is waiting quietly to take you with a basket of food to the Izbuc monastery through the forest, the horse is saddled, the cauldron is bubbling next to the fountain between the fir trees, everything is pulsating in a calm but also vibrant story, locked between the covers of the unique book of the Apuseni Mountains.
