Et annet hus har to leiligheter som leies ut på AIRBNB.(«Rofshus» og «Rofshus 2») På sommeren er det tilgang til bord, stoler og grill utendørs. Rauland har 140 km oppkjørte skiløyper, 5 min unna med bil. 10 min til skisentra. 5 min med bil til Rauland sentrum med butikker og elbil-lader. Flott turterreng sommer/høst.

Vi leier ut vårt ferieparadis på Rauland. Hytta var ny vinter 2023 og ligger på en høyde med panoramautsikt over innsjøen Totak. Kort avstand til sentrum (4 km). Området byr på flotte turmuligheter sommer og vinter. På vinteren kan du spenne på deg skia ved hytta og gå ut i løypenettet i Rauland som er på over 150 km. Kjører du 15 minutt er du i slalåmbakkene i Holtardalen. Går du 10 minutt kommer du til fine sandstrender ved Totak. Flere turstier i skogsterreng i umiddelbar nærhet

Hytta ligger ved Tinnsjøen med parkering rett ved siden av. Den ligger 6 kilometer fra Mæl fergeleie i retning Atrå. Det er 17 kilometer til Rjukan, 25 kilometer til Gaustatoppen og vakre fjellområder. Vakker utsikt, lang solgang. Det er ikke innlagt vann i hytta, men vannkran rett utenfor. Gratis ved til vedovnen. Når det er frost og kuldegrader, er det ikke vann i krana ute. Da må man hente vann hos verten. Robåt er til disposjon gratis. Påhengsmotor 1-3 dager kr. 400,-

Nyere hytte med flott utsikt og fine turmuligheter

Ålhytte oppført i 2017 i Øygarden hyttefelt. Det er et lite hyttefelt med god avstand mellom hyttene og man har flotte turmuligheter rett utenfor døren. Hytta har 3 soverom. Det er sengeplass til 7, men egner seg best til par eller barnefamilie. Det er et personlig preg på hytta da den brukes ofte også av oss, så det vil være basisvarer i kjøkkenskap og det kan være varer i kjøleskap med holdbarhet. Bruk det dere måtte trenge under oppholdet.

Sengeplass til 2 voksne, 1 barn i reiseseng. Praktfull beliggenhet ved Totakvannet. Her kan dere nyte ro og stillhet. Høy standard. Naturen kommer inn i stuen. Rådyr, harer, rev og hjort kommer ofte forbi. Yrende fulgleliv. Tranene har landingsplass her på vei inn til sine hekkeområder. Middelalder «prestvegen» går forbi eiendommen og kan følges gjennom skogen til Sandane som er badestranden med stor B. Sol fra midt på dagen.

Ny koselig liten laftehytte med flott beliggenhet rett ved fiskevann, mange flotte fiskevann i umiddelbar nærhet, bærplukking, flott turterreng, oppkjørte skiløyper og bare ett par minutters kjøretur fra Haukelifjell skisenter. Hytta er ca 27 m2, ett soverom med dobbelseng, bad, kjøkken og stue med sovesofa. God plass til 2, men kan sove 2 stk i stuen og. 1 t og 20 min fra Trolltunga.

English The accommodation is just as beautiful as described. Everything is available inside. Everything was thoughtfully prepared in advance according to needs. We had a wonderful time with our family and guests. The host is attentive and solution-oriented. The house is very clean and functional. The kitchen is fully equipped. You can find the peace and comfort here that you may not feel even in your own home. If you’re looking for a helpful review, my advice is: don’t hesitate to make a reservation. Norwegian Overnattingsstedet er like fint som beskrevet. Alt du trenger finnes i huset. Alt var nøye forberedt på forhånd etter behov. Vi hadde en fantastisk tid sammen med familien og gjestene våre. Verten er oppmerksom og løsningsorientert. Huset er veldig rent og funksjonelt. Kjøkkenet er fullt utstyrt. Her finner du ro og komfort som du kanskje ikke engang føler i ditt eget hjem. Hvis du ser etter en nyttig anmeldelse, er mitt råd: ikke nøl med å bestille.

Wir verbrachten unseren Weihnachtsurlaub in dieser wunderschönen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Hütte mit einer unglaublichen Aussicht. Die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Wintersport und Skitouren. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben und kommen hoffentlich bald wieder!

This place is paradise on earth! Super quiet with a supreme view over the lake and the cabin interior is very cute. We spent two nights there and did the Ørnenibba walk as mentioned (ca 2,5h, 200m elevation gain) which I can highly recommend. We also saw a moose on our last morning which was the icing on the cake 😊
