We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. The apartment is comfortable and well decorated with great amenities. It’s perfect with kids, with the short walk to the swings/playground which you can see from the terrace.

Casa otima. We are in 3 families. We hired an employee indicated by Alana and Oswaldo. Her name is Lili and she helped us mto. That was great. Very spacious house and otima to go with a child.

The house matches the listing exactly. Very well equipped, clean and organized. The reception was great. We had useful information already left by the owners. And we had a flexible check-in time, making our arrival even easier. We were very satisfied and it is certainly a place I would return to.

Luisa’s place was great, just be aware of there being no AC before booking.

Excellent experience, spotless home. It is suggested to exchange Air conditioning for more modern and economical models, because in the end the energy bill is expensive. But I would come back and recommend it . Nothing but the suggestions pointed out. Zero regret of the house. Super recommended

We had an extremely positive experience during our stay at Mr. Assis, located on Presídio beach, close to the beach and almost next to Hotel Jangadeiro. The location is excellent, providing easy access to the sea and other points of interest in the region. The house is very well maintained, clean and equipped with everything you need for days of comfort and tranquility. All kitchen appliances work perfectly, and there are new air-conditioners in all rooms, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The outdoor area has a great barbecue and a sports area with a soccer and volleyball field, which made the children happy. We would also like to highlight the owner's hospitality. Mr. Assis was extremely helpful, kind and attentive, always available to answer questions and promptly meet any needs that arose. It was a very happy weekend for the whole family, full of good times. It is a nice, well-appointed and decorated house, with a small garden and a well-maintained pool by Jafet (taking care to make sure I didn't miss anything). Alexandre and Françoise are very available in case of problems and quickly find solutions. I had a WiFi issue when I arrived which was fixed in 15 minutes! The beach was really close and easy to get to with a few beach restaurants. I stayed there alone and felt perfectly safe! The only negative I find there is the mosquitoes very present on the ground floor in this season because the space is less well ventilated (even if everything is open). Upstairs, it was much better because it was very well ventilated! The special tropical mosquito repellent was still mandatory. The investment in air conditioning in the bedrooms could be beneficial for sleeping even better!

Extremely spectacular house! The House matches exactly as in the listing, Mario made me completely comfortable in the house, and his caretaker, Mr. Milton, was always very helpful and proactive! The location is wonderful, close to supermarkets and restaurants, the police station is very close, giving an even greater sense of security for the days of the stay. I'll definitely be back soon. The house needs a little maintenance in the outdoor area, painting only. Note: Do not rent with the intention of throwing a party, it was my birthday and I put a band on at 6 p.m., only for the guests, even so, even within the hours allowed by national law, Porto das Dunas has a municipal law that any complaint about sound, takes the police to the door of the house, so it's better to avoid loud noise!!

We appreciate the warm reception and welcome during our stay. Mr. Lúcio e D. Socorro who have always been attentive, making our experience more comfortable. The house has a great structure, with a lovely view, a well-planned outdoor area and a pleasant pool. The kitchen is well equipped, making it easy to stay. However, to ensure the announced, more careful maintenance must be done, as we notice mold in some environments, infiltration marks in one of the rooms, which affected an asthmatic guest. Also, the air conditioners need maintenance, and one of them did not refrigerate. The acquisition of a washing machine would help in the conservation of bed linen and the towels that sometimes smelled of mold. Despite this, we highlight the dedication of the team, which ensured a pleasant stay. We greatly appreciate the affection and support of Lúcio e Socorro.

Daniela's house is wide, beautiful sea view, super ventilated, large and comfortable rooms. The condominium space is also great for those who go with children. The location is also great, for those who want to visit beaches on the east and west side of Fortaleza, it is in an intermediate position. Daniela has the help of Aracele, who we welcomed and guided us throughout the stay. Always on standby, we even help with tips for tours. I recommend her place to those who go with the family.

Yanka was very attentive from the beginning to the end of the stay, always very attentive to messages. The house was perfect for my event. The only bad point was the way to get to the house, the streets are very precarious we almost couldn't get there by car, and at night there is no lighting on the street. Apart from that external part, everything was perfect, air-conditioning, swimming pool, kitchen items, nothing was missing. I highly recommend it.
