Very quiet home with a view over 50 acres of hay fields with large oak and pine trees sprinkled throughout. Lots of room to roam, walk a dog, keep a boat, horse, fish two ponds with bass. 8 miles from Lufkin or Diaboll, 7 miles from Angelina College. 20 minutes from Sam Rayburn. New two-bedroom country cottage. The property is very clear with lots of room. Events could be hosted "on the farm"! Wedding, Large Picknicks, RVs can park with full hookup 30 AMP and 50 AMP available and 110 plugins

20 acres of relaxation in the piney woods of East Texas. Easily accessible from all directions. This is not a place to exert a lot of energy unless you'd like to visit my firewood splitting department. (I may knock a few dollars off the price if you do!) Owners house is next door, Grill, smoker, fire pit, and additional outdoor shower. Pond is stocked with perch. Beautiful walking trails. Golf cart is onsite but availability may be limited. Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay! The house was one of the cleanest Airbnb's we have ever stayed in and the location was perfect for us. We brought our boat and came to fish, you can see the boat dock from the house and we were able to park our boat at the house as well. We will definitely be coming back!

Perfect size and layout for our family as we were in the area to visit with our relatives. The location was perfect for getting to everywhere we needed to be in Lufkin. Beds were very comfortable and the environment was very relaxing. Todd was very responsive to all our communications and we will definitely have this at the top of our list we we return to Lufkin

Wonderful stay and host. The small extra touches were unexpected and appreciated. We had everything we needed at the house or really close by. I wish all our experiences were this great and hosts were as thoughtful as Arthur for their guests!
