Impossible to describe with words what my fiancée and I experienced in the days we stayed, the place is surreally beautiful, you sleep with the sound of the sea, lots of nature around, the stone house is beautiful and very cozy, it had everything we needed. Fábio is an incredible person, an example of a person, too good a person, always worrying about the smallest details to have an excellent stay, I just have to thank Fabio, for the period we were in the stone house and for everything he did for us, I certainly recommend it and we will return many more times.

Cristiano super kind and request. It's super easy to talk to him and he's always on his cell phone. I had a health issue and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point of the apartment is the mattresses and sofas that are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)

The stay is beachfront, and the accommodation I stayed in has a large balcony, with a great view. Sleeping with the sound of the sea is very good! It is very important to pay attention to all of Marcia's instructions, as the accommodation does not have bed, table or bath linens, and you need to bring plastic bags to collect the trash. If you come by car along the indicated path, you may be unlucky enough to catch a high tide, which leaves the passage to the beach flooded, and it is risky to pass with certain cars. But there is a way to go around another street and enter the accommodation from above. It was a great experience, I'd go back!

Cozy and well-equipped apartment, good location, close to the beach.

We loved our stay. The house is great, just like the photos and as described in the listings. The location is wonderful, facing the beach, but close to markets, bakery, shops, we walked when necessary. The beach is clean and with few waves, excellent for children, and the best part is that from the yard you can see the children playing on the beach. We were very well received by Cícera, who showed us where everything was and was always very helpful and friendly. I hope to return soon...

The house is excellent, everything works perfectly, beautiful and modern as in the photos, not to mention the impeccable cleanliness of the property. We were very well received, attentive and polite staff. The condominium is very beautiful, it has a very good space for children to play. Sununga beach was very busy, Lázaro beach is great for children and very beautiful too. Nothing to complain about, just an observation that I think is interesting to make. The garage of the house we stayed in is a little tight, we went in two cars, a Toro and a Fastback, the Toro did not fit, the Fastback was just right. Even so, there is another positive point, Milton was very helpful in solving it, and on the same day he arranged a parking space in one of the condominium's garages so that I could park my car. I think it's a good idea to check availability before traveling. The house, the hosts and the staff are top notch.

It was wonderful days in this heavenly place! Alexandre was excellent, always responding quickly. The crossing from the pier to the house was smooth. The stay was sensational! The house is even more beautiful than in the photos, and the beach is spectacular, a true haven of contact with nature. Sometimes it feels like a dream, surpassing all expectations. We went kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding, an amazing experience. Waking up listening to the sound of the sea and finding the coffee made by Raquel, with her contagious spirit, made us feel at home. Raquel's food and Milton's caramelized popcorn and barbecue are top-notch, he made a huge bonfire, he's always ready to help. Brenda keeps the rooms impeccable and decorated with charming details. The house has everything we need, and if something is missing, Milton provides it. Everything is perfect with the help of the Hosts who live in our hearts. Without a doubt, the best Airbnb stay! Great apartment, very spacious and comfortable, the rooms are good and the bathrooms are large, but they do not provide towels. Kitchen with all the utensils, spacious outdoor area and a beautiful view, very faithful to the photos. We really liked it, I recommend it and I'll be back next time.

My stay at Sônia's house was excellent! She was a super attentive, helpful and kind host throughout the experience. The place is very cozy, well maintained and exactly as shown in the photos. We had a fantastic few days at Celso's house in Ubatuba. The weather was not good one day, but the house has a huge living room to enjoy, very comfortable as well as the rest of the facilities, which are as shown in the photos (or better). I'd like to highlight the kindness of the host, who was quick to respond and helpful with what we needed, both for check-in and check-out. The view is more spectacular than what you see in the photos! The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, just a few steps from the beautiful Tenorio beach. I'm sure we forgot to highlight more things, greetings and see you next time!

Beautiful house, surrounded by nature. With two air-conditioned couple en-suites, a toilet, laundry and kitchen with many utensils. Great location, close to the beach (Itamambuca beach is at the end of the street, within walking distance), the condominium is very safe and has restaurants, an ice cream shop, a pharmacy, a market, etc. We were received by Érica, a very friendly and helpful person. They responded quickly, gave clear instructions, helpful tips and great recommendations. We will definitely stay there again, an amazing place for those who want to relax and be in touch with nature.

The place is beautiful, with lots of greenery, birds, and the sea in front of you. I opened the bedroom door in the morning and was faced with the beauty of the sea!! The house is very well cared for, very clean. The clean and smelling bed and bath linens. Cleusa, who takes care of everything, is very friendly, always willing to do everything to make the stay pleasant. If you're looking for a place to relax, this is the place. I recharged …lol

The house is beautiful and matches the photos well. The downstairs bedroom was convenient for seniors not having to climb the steep stairs. Access to the beach, from the lawn to the beach, however, had some irregular steps that made them unsafe. The outdoor area with the barbecue integrated into the kitchen is great for meals. It would be helpful if beach chairs were available that could be used on the extensive lawn to admire the beautiful sea view.

We had unforgettable moments here, the house is exactly as shown in the listing and I confess that when we arrived we were even more delighted, because the house has that coziness of Home, you know? But the best surprise is when you get to the back of the house and open the huge wooden sliding doors and you are faced with a breathtaking view, including sleeping and waking up to the sound of the sea is incredible, it looks more like an extension of the backyard of the house, which is also beautiful and has plenty of space to enjoy with the family. We went with the maximum capacity and the house served us perfectly, the kitchen is super well equipped with utensils that never end kkk, including some dishes with that super charming grandma face as well as the whole house. Just a note for pet owners, the condominium prohibits entry to the beach, but on the other side of Lázaro beach, to the left outside the condominium area, you can enter with your pet. Seeing this, we definitely intend to come back, we love it so much!

The property is sensational! Very nice and comfortable, with the best equipped kitchen I've ever seen in this type of accommodation, it had everything we needed. It also had a well-kept garden, equipment in perfect working order, with everything very clean and organized. The beach is very close, less than 200 meters away. Me and my family spent wonderful days there. From before booking until the period of the stay, we were always very well attended and assisted by Sandro. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, only to congratulate and thank you!
