If you need a quiet place overlooking the sea and fresh sea air this is the place for you. Short distance to the airport (5 min by car) and 3 min to walk to the sea with opportunities to fish, swim and hike. There is a bus connection to the light rail which is 3 km away. The light rail runs from the airport and into Bergen city center. It is also possible to take the express boat that stops just down by the quay (3 min walk) and takes 35 minutes to Bergen city center. The house is new and modern with 2 bedrooms, large living room, kitchen and bathroom.

Magnificent view over the ocean

Experience spectacular views from the Bird Box, located at the top of Ørnhaugen on Langøy. From here you can enjoy a fantastic view all the way to the North Sea, with sunset on the horizon over Algrøy. When it blows on the ocean, you can see white sea spraying up islets and cut all the west to Løno. If you arrive by kayak or boat, you can walk to the bird box from the spring. Extremely beautiful holiday cottage

We have the pleasure of presenting a completely raw leisure lodge in a bay with very great views and small sandy beach 15 meters from the cabin. Boat 25 meters from the cabin. Here you get far away from the city, noise and everyday life, to silence, magnificent and a lovely nature. Who can't imagine “landing” here looking for a busy everyday life and enjoying waves from the sea. Outdoor wood-fired hot tub. There are great hiking trails right outside the cabin door with “adventure forest” and viewpoints towards the big sea.

Cosy, modern apartment!

Cosy, modern apartment. Close to the airport and in a peaceful neighbourhood, surrounded by the beautiful, scandinavian nature. 16 min from the city centre by car. The apartment has everything you need, including some simple cooking options. There used to be gym equipment in the appartment, but that was moved to the garage. FAQ: «Is it within walking distance from the airport?» No, it’s about 10 min by car. If you want to go by public transport you will have to take a light rail and then bus.

A flat with a spectacular view: Through the big windows, you see the fjord and the mountains, and far away, you can see the glacier. You can easily get here from Bergen Center. One hour with speed passenger ferry from «Strandkaiterminalen». Or from Flesland Airport, 15 min bus/taxi to Flesland harbour, and then 40 min. to Møkster. Bedding and towels are all included, and the beds are made ready for you. There is a good grocery store at the harbour, where you can get mostly all you need.

The cabin is located in the middle of the nature just 50 meters from the sea. It is a 20 minute hike to get to the cabin, and it is completely undisturbed. Here you can enjoy nature, the sea, the horizon and the silence. The view is exceptional almost everywhere you look. Cozy up inside the cabin, or take your fishing rod and see if you get lucky throwing from the rocks. Enjoy the sunshine or admire the wild stormy ocean. This is a perfect place to relax away from everyday life.

It is possible to rent a boat. Rent includes beds with linen, guests bring their own towels. Austefjordstunet is a place for recreation, and loudly partying at night is not accepted. Breaking this rule will give the owner the right to withheld the deposit.

Our five-day stay in this beautiful, large house on the island was wonderful. It was a great adventure to travel to the island by motorboat. The house is located on a hill with magnificent views in all directions and offers both plenty of space and comfort. The hot tub was surprisingly no longer available, but that didn't bother us much given the manageable length of stay and the very changeable weather anyway. Elisabeth was a wonderful hostess. The information was very precise and helpful. She always responded to questions super quickly and kindly. We highly recommend everyone to experience this island adventure and enjoy this luxurious property.

This house was an absolute dream for a family with young kids! The location is fantastic, the kids amenities cannot be beat! The rooms upstairs are perfect for kids but were challenging for adults with the slanted ceilings (also we have some neck/back injuries and the beds upstairs aren’t the most comfortable). Parts of the house, and amenities (bikes) are well used and in need of replacing but would still highly recommend this place! Linda was incredibly responsive and helpful the duration of the stay. My family had the most incredible trip!

We had the most wonderful stay! You could feel the love and attention to detail that was put into building this special place. One of the best homes we’ve stayed in over the past decade using Airbnb. Already planning our next trip 😁 You won’t regret booking this unique accommodation! Nils is a wonderful and very responsive host. He made us feel right at home and was very flexible. We visited the botanical gardens on our first being and it was so peaceful and a short beautiful walk. It’s less than 15 minutes from the airport and under 20 from Bergen city center but you feel like you’re tucked away in the Norwegian countryside. Such a convenient location. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay ! The cottage was super equipped . The location was ideal whether for fishing or sitting comfortably on the pier . The hosts are super friendly and accommodating! We would have liked to spend more time there and would love to come back again.

Wow! The views from the cabin are stunning, we loved watching the sun go down over the sea and listening to the birds. The cabin is light, spacious, immaculately clean and had everything we needed. Really comfy beds and good showers with ample hot water. Line was very friendly and let us know about the National celebrations for Norwegian Constitution Day and invited us to hoist the flag on the cabin flagpole😁. She also let us know the aurora forecast. On darker nights it would be the most amazing place to watch Northern Lights!
