It takes about 40 minutes by car or 1 hour on motorbike to go there. Laem Sak is a pretty quiet place with an incredible scenery, surrounded by high lime stone rocks and wide bays. There is a post office in Laem Sak, a couple of stores were you can eat authentic Thai food or buy your daily needs. There are 2 beaches nearby, one is just a 10 minute motorbike / car ride away. The other is on an island named Koh Mak Noi, which you can reach by boat from Laem Sak pier within 15 minutes, the trip cost 50 baht one way. What do you mean with social life? If you want to see many tourists and like to have nightlife then Ao Nang beach or Krabi town would be the right place, but its really crowded and very commercial. If you want inspiration for your work and see and explore the real Thailand, Lanlay Homestay would be the best choice… and of course sometimes we have a party here, too. Anyway, we have a limousine / motorbike service, so no problem to bring you anywhere you like. You don’t have to go to Bangkok to fly to Krabi, there are daily flights from Singapure to Krabi, about 2000 baht. Flights from Bangkok to Krabi are around 1000 baht. The next bigger town near Laem Sak is Ao Luek, about 10 km from here. It has a supermarket, banks, 7eleven and so on. Note: Free transfer to Krabi Airport for 1 trip for more than 3 nights for regular accommodation bookings, not a special price for 1 week or 2 weeks and 1 month long stay.

A big house with three bedrooms which can each host three people. One room has a double bed and a single bed and a private bathroom, and the two other rooms have three single beds and a shared bathroom. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and a nice living room, a nice outside terrace with a view of the pond and the luxuriant surrounding nature. There’s also a nice chilled backyard with a little garden. This house is well suited for families or a group of friends traveling together.
