Beautiful home and location — Elk Rapids is a gem, and we are already planning our return visit. I'd definitely recommend Chelsea's place.

Great place to stay if you’re wanting to be close to the water and get away from the city. However, not worth the price we paid. Although, it was a very busy weekend and that was all that was available for us. It’s a cozy cabin but no WiFi and you will have to clean up and strip the bed before leaving which is something I don’t particularly enjoy when I’m already overpaying for a place to stay. But if you happen to book it on a cheaper date and you’re looking for a getaway with close access to the lake, this is a good find. It was comfy but again, only complaint was the price.

We loved staying at Mary's cabin!! From the moment we arrived, we felt we'd walked into a magical winter wonderland. The coziness of the cabin is unmatched. The interior is dim, even with the lights on, but it fit the vibe. It was very comfortable and had everything we might need - towels, linens, puzzles, information about local attractions, cleaning supplies, and a fully stocked kitchen. We will definitely be back!

If you like being a quiet and peaceful environment, this place is it. Deer wandering around the yard early after sunrise. Perfect getaway in Northern Michigan. Never saw a car pass by. Place is very clean and very modern.

The cabin had a homey feel, you can feel the love and effort put inside. We were in town for a disc golf tournament on the property and this was a perfect spot to stay. The Hot tub was a perfect touch to a long day on the course. We were able to get dinner at Torch Lake Cafe about 4 miles away and the food was amazing. I was able to meet the owners at the disc golf event and able to meet their dogs before we left at checkout. Very friendly people with great dogs! Amazing experience all around! I can’t wait till next year when we do it again!

Very cute and quiet place. 20 minutes from Charlevoix. We came for a wedding and it was a nice relaxing place to wind down at the end of the night.

Lisa was a great host! The cottage was the perfect spot for a girls trip we really enjoyed it and will definitely be back!

It is the perfect get away if you prefer life at a slower pace. Beaches are beautiful, the shops and restaurants are nice, and the people are friendly. Lots of places to walk too. However, if you like more drama, people, and hustle and bustle, Traverse City is only 20 minutes south of Elk Rapids. I will definitely be returning.

Jamie was the best host you could ask for and her cabin was a beautiful queit place to lay your heads and relax. Djdn't get to stay as long as planned but hoping to go back for a couples trip in the future ♡♡ hot tub was the best part ♡♡♡.

We couldn’t have asked for better weather which made our time there so much fun!! Lauren was so nice and informative when we arrived, we felt at home. The views were amazing. Coffee and bagels brought to us in the morning! It was so perfect!!! It makes you feel like you’re in a whole different world. We will definitely be back!

Jess went above + beyond to make sure everything was ready for our arrival! The place was secluded, quiet and peaceful! Feeling very refreshed + relaxed coming home. The weather could not have been better! Cannot wait to come back and visit! Loved waking up every morning with a cup of coffee, watching the sunrise + relaxing in the hot tub.

Retreat North was a beautiful place to stay! Such a peaceful area with great views and amenities. My favorite moments were seeing the sunset glow from the hot tub and waking up to a great view of the sunrise from bed.

The setting is so idyllic and peaceful! The cabin is clean, well maintained and a fun place to hang out. We really enjoyed our stay and we hope to stay there again in the future.

Really enjoyed our stay. It was close enough to everything but yet secluded enough to feel like two different vacations. Love the hot tub a grill at the end of the day!

If you’re looking for an air bnb in the middle of nowhere and nobody driving by your place this is the one. It’s very accommodating for fisherman. Good power source for chanrging and big driveway. It’s a little tight snaking through the driveway but I have a 21ft boat made it through fine. Great place wish I booked an extra day.

Beautiful lake views and perfect place for the two of us. We put the kayaks to good use.

Peaceful and relaxing place to stay with exactly what you need and nothing more. Loved walking our dog on the beautiful grounds and enjoyed all the sounds of nature. Lynn is a great host and the house is a gem.

We absolutely loved staying at this cute, quaint, cottage. Pamela and Al were incredibly friendly, responsive, and take such amazing care of the cottage and grounds. We were greeted by Al and he showed us the cottage and how to get to the beach. It was possibly the cleanest airbnb I've ever stayed at. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone I know and hope to visit again one day!
