I couldn't ask for more just a few minutes walk to the private beach, 24/7 shop and easy bus ride to the main beach

Definitely would stay here again! Loved the hassle free transportation we had from the airport to her place. I had a total of 4 people in my group so that was a huge plus! Once you got to her place, all the amenities of home you could possibly think of was there from kitchen utensils to towels, tissues, hangers and so much more. The balcony was very nice and spacious with nice views towards the beach. Being by station 3 made it easy to access so many restaurants and shops and of course the beach is a stones throw away! They even had complimentary Netflix which was nice added bonus. Overall it’s a great value, amazing location and her staff were so kind and helpful. I honestly can’t think of anything negative to say about the experience, so I would highly recommend her place to anyone looking to have an amazing Boracay experience! Thanks again Pia, we’ll be booking again soon!

We wanted to stay on white beach for part of our stay and be away from the hustle and bustle of boracay. Mars place is right behind the strip and a minute walk to the beach. Kitchen and appliances were great and the cable tv had multiple movie channels plus music channels. The AC worked great as well. Nice private balcony too where you could see the ocean.

I’m glad I’ve stumbled upon this fairly new listing. I enjoyed my stay. The morning view as soon as I woke up was amazing — it calmed me. Vivian’s place has so much potential. I enjoyed my peace and quiet and Sir Joey and wife tended to me really well. The place is huge!! Most esp for a solo stay like mine. Best for groups! Stayed here before I went to Buruanga/ Hinugtan beach the next day. Since it’s still new I’m looking forward to the improvements of the place and would def.go back as soon as this happens.

We really liked our stay here. The place is peaceful and away from the crowds. It's relaxing with a chill vibe. During our walks, we notice that the beach shore in this area is much cleaner compared to Station 2, and the nearby restaurants have a laid-back mood. There's even a spa just downstairs and we had an amazing massage as recommended by Marlon, who was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Also, the kitchen is spacious, and the room is well-ventilated. Highly recommended for those looking for a quiet escape in Boracay.

Great place on Bulabog beach. Far from the extreme crowds of station 1 or 2 but close enough to D mall and has a nice sunrise. The condo is modern and comfortable. Good for a long stay like ours. There is staff available for house cleaning and made our stay very comfortable. Easy access to tuk tuks or the hop on hop off bus

It’s a good place and Olive is a very polite and caring host. Staff is very friendly too! The closest beach is pretty windy but still worth a try. If you want to go to the white beach, it’ll take some time to get there by bus.

The place is absolutely perfect if you're looking for a peaceful place to to stay and relax in Boracay.

Lui's Happy Place in Antique is a hidden gem, providing an incredible beachfront experience. It's the ideal private retreat for friends and families seeking an escape from the city. The beach house itself is cozy and exceeded our expectations. The host has done an exceptional job maintaining the property's unique charm while also providing modern amenities. Will we return? Absolutely! It's a resounding YES!

What an incredible property. Friedrich and his Wife are amazing hosts. We stayed 2 nights in the bamboo hut. Nice to hear the ocean in the morning and the roosters. Would stay again !!!

Host was responsive and considerate with our schedule. Beachfront is less than a minute walk from the place. Calm and laid back location but still proximate to the best attractions along the beach.

This hotel is by far the best I’ve ever stayed in. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located right on the beach with the most gorgeous views. It truly is paradise. Located at the quieter end of the beach the hotel has private beach beds, private rooftop with beds, breakfast daily and a weekly bbq which you only pay for supplies which was great. Walk down the beach to the activities and party life.

We stayed at K’s Place Resort last April 17, and we had an amazing time! There were six of us, and we loved that the whole place was ours to enjoy. It was clean, peaceful, and just what we needed for a relaxing break. Nang Anne, the caretaker, was super helpful and accommodating — she made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The amenities were complete, and the surroundings were calm and refreshing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a private and chill getaway!

My family had a great time staying at your home. Ate Fermie did an outstanding task of helping us since we were first-time visitors to Boracay. Offering us with suggestions and guidance on the locations and best things to do on the island. We really enjoyed a very memorable holiday. I highly recommend your place.

The place was very nice and clean, the host was very kind and helpful with anything! The place is a bit far from the the main tourist areas however the hop on hop off will drop you right at the door and pick you up and runs frequently so there’s no problem getting around the island we got a 3 day pass for just 450 pesos!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect, with the beach just a short stroll away – we loved being so close to the water. Our host was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable trip. Their communication was excellent, and they were always ready to offer assistance and recommendations. The property itself was lovely and suited our needs perfectly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to others looking for a beachside getaway with a fantastic host!

Very spacious and clean, with spectacular views. Fully equipped home, everything you need is provided for a comfortable stay. Probably best views on the island. If there's a con, it's that you need to take a short shuttle ride to White Beach. But, the shuttle runs several times a day for a nominal fee. Edgar, is friendly and super chill. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

Annie is responsive to all the inquiries we may have. She even allows us to do early check-in. Ate Beng, the caretaker is so accomodating. She will recommend contacts for activities too. The place is great and clean. The receptionists are friendly as well. 💯

Red was great!! I highly recommend his Air B&B! They were very helpful in arranging transportation and many helpful segregations!!

Stayed here for a week and it was excellent - only a few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, and best of all felt like I was living in the neighbourhood without too much hustle and bustle of parties and tourists. Red was responsive and provided me with helpful instructions, including providing google map screenshots beforehand. The room is spacious and comfortable, with wifi that was good for working - I used it to video calls and was always connected with no lags. Great!!

Thank you Ting for our amazing time there and thank you for being so nice and helpful to us! She knows a lot about the island and even can help booking or giving infos about tours & activities: it helped and relieved us much! The unit is very cosy, the bed is comfortable and the sheets (thanks it was cotton!) are very clean, everything is brand new in the appartement and so well decorated! Even better than what the pictures shows. It is a very short distance to Newcoast Beach, Boracay’s key hole, & Fairways and Blue water golf course. Easily accessible to public transportation (Hop on Hop off bus, e-trikes etc..) or you can even rent a moto/scooter and park it down the residence safely. If you want to cook your own meals it’s possible and there is a 7/11 store nearby so it’s very practical! The private pool for the residents is quite small but its very quiet and calm, which is a must if you want to cool off a bit. If you want a quiet, well secured place to stay, it’s definitely it!

From the onset, communications were so very helpful and made our first trip to Boracay a breeze. The property was as described and beautifully prepared. Staff were always helpful and responsive to our questions or needs. We will definitely include Red’s properties on our next trip to BoRacay!
