Great stay! Great hosts

Elsa is a very friendly host. She made great effort to make sure that I was comfortable during my stay. The meals she makes were tasty, served in variety, and enough to feel satisfied and not hungry afterwards. The room I stayed in was spacious even with with a queen bed, desk, cabinets, and a chair. I felt right at home staying in Elsa's house. I would definitely recommend her house to feel comfortable and learn more about the local culture.

Ruth was the perfect host! I felt like I was joining a family. They helped practice Spanish with me and not only did I enjoy breakfast with everyone staying at her place (there were also long-term tenants e.g students going to Spanish school) but I was also invited to join for lunch where I was able to try a local dish, Pepián. The location is on the further side for Antigua standards but you can get to everywhere you need in 15 minutes or less. Antigua is pretty small anyway. But if you want a local feel definitely book with Ruth! Her housemaid Maria was also lovely!

Es una casa muy linda, cómoda acorde a lo que dice la descripción, la cocina está bien equipada, es una casa recomendable para familias, la encargada Sandra es muy atenta y amable. la ubicación es muy adecuada, queda cerca de centros comerciales y del centro de la ciudad.

This place was easily the highlight of all the places we stayed at in Guatemala. The attention to detail and aesthetics showed a lot of care from the hosts. The staff were super friendly. Having parking was a great convenience, and the peaceful environment despite being in town was a big plus. We’d definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommend it for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

Maria Luisa fue una anfitriona excelente, nos atendió con recomendaciones del pueblo y su atención fue bastante amable. Nos sentimos como en casa, cómodos y tranquilos.

precioso alojamiento en mi tierra bella lo recomiendo al 100% ...comunicación con el anfitrión de primera....seguridad en el establecimiento al 100 y dentro del departamento todo lo necesario para el diario vivir....y la tecnología no se diga todo de primera....sera mi primera opción en una nueva visita.

The room was pristine and located within a hotel so there was good breakfast and every service a hotel has to offer, despite the property being a full 1 bedroom apartment.

This listing is in Zone 10, which is one of the better zones in Guatemala City. You can easily walk to multiple grocery stores and restaurants. You can do your laundry here at the listing. This rental also has multiple dedicated working spaces with chairs that properly support your back and neck while using your laptop computer. The wi-fi is reliable and fast. There's a 4-burner stove with cooking gear if you want to prepare your own meals. There's also many plants if you enjoy that kind of scenery. Willy is an excellent host who always tries to accommodate his guests with excellence and kindness. He communicates very well and applies more effort than any Airbnb host I've ever stayed with. I enjoy speaking with him, and his unique humor. Most Airbnb hosts within this price range could learn a lot from Willy. I encourage Airbnb hosts to stay here for a few days, and try to understand what guests want/need to feel welcome.

From the time I reserved with Ana Lucrecia, she was very responsive and communicated frequently to make sure everything was clear prior to arriving. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had a change of plans last minute and didn't stay at her location, however, she was extremely understanding and still made herself available if we needed anything while in Guatemala. While I unfortunately can't speak about her place since we had to cancel last minute, I can say with complete confidence that Ana Lucrecia goes above and beyond the call to make sure you not only have a pleasant stay but an extraordinary experience while in Guatemala. She even checked in with us to make sure things were going well on the trip days after our reservation. I highly recommend Ana Lucrecia if you want someone who truly cares about your experience.

Wonderful spot in the city close to great restaurants. Safe space with easy check-in and amenities as listed. Would definitely stay again.

Buena ubicación y atención

Stan nos dio una estadía única, el alojamiento fue hermoso, la atención fue una de las mejores cosas que disfrutamos. Incluso Stan fue muy comprensible en todo aspecto, hicimos check-in una hora antes debido al tráfico en la ciudad, check-out fuera de la hora establecida, Stan nos brindó uno de los desayunos más buenos que he probado y nos enseñó y dejó disfrutar de su hermosa terraza. Sin lugar a dudas volvería

¡Una experiencia fenomenal! El hospedaje fue increíble en todos los sentidos: cómodo, limpio y lleno de detalles especiales. Se siente como un verdadero escape, ideal para desconectarse y disfrutar. La ubicación, cerca de Antigua Guatemala, lo hace aún más especial. Recomiendo que todos se den la oportunidad de vivir este alojamiento único y diferente. ¡Definitivamente volveremos!

The space is private with a shared courtyard, rooftop balcony and kitchen with rooms encircling the beautiful courtyard. There is someone on staff at the front desk all day and into the evening to ensure a safe and comfortable stay. The rooftop balcony is a wonderful space to have a bottle of wine and Watch the sunset. Close to shops and restaurants this is a great location in Antigua. The bathroom did not have ventilation was the only minor critique, but a fan was provided to keep circulating the room. Would come back again!
