Highly recommend this property. Situated in the heart of the Old town, everything you need is within walking distance, or just outside the property. Very responsive and helpful hosts. Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Pascal is the best and kindest host, he went out of his way to accommodate us and was a big help with luggage storage as we had a late flight home. The airbnb is in the prime location right in the heart of the old town on a very pretty street with colourful lanterns and lots of lovely shops and restaurants nearby. I thought this would mean it might be noisy at night but it wasn’t a problem at all. The apartment is all very new, super clean and the most comfortable bed too even though it is a sofa bed! Cosy but with everything you could possibly need. 5*!

Perfect place for Monaco Grand Prix week. Exactly as pictured - we spent hours on balcony with view of the yachts! Carlos communicated very well, very responsive, and accommodating to our needs.

Such a beautiful apartment and it’s just 5mins walk to the beach , super market , restaurants just few mins walk , moreover , 3 mins walk to train station that makes my trip a lot more easier , Jerome is such a nice gentleman and provide lots of suggestions , I definitely would come back again , thank you Jerome !

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

We stayed in Irina's place for a week, it is as discribed, very clean and nice place. The views from the apartment is just amazing. The place has everything one needs during their stay. We loved the apartment! Fab location, very clean, very secure. Brilliant having secure parking also. Great location in between Cannes and Nice. Communication with Kevin & Mathieu excellent. Mathieu's welcome very comprehensive and friendly. Fantastic shower in the bathroom!! Lovely, spacious balcony. Beautiful roof top pool with gorgeous views. We would highly recommend this stay and would not hesitate to return.

Odile’s place was incredible. It was clean and exactly as described. Odile as a host was amazing too. She greeted us at the check-in and she took the time to go through the house and show us around and she also made great recommendations for our stay. We had the best time on the Côte d’Azur!

After 2 weeks in Roberto's apartment I can only be positive about the whole picture. First of all I have to mention the great view over the sea, the swimming pool and the small beaches. But what we especially liked was the peace. What a nice place to stay! The apartment itself fully met expectations, and those were already positive. Breakfast with the newly risen sun is also wonderful. The explanation upon arrival in the beautifully cleaned apartment was good, complete and cozy. My compliments. The box with cookies was also very much appreciated and underlined the friendliness. As a host I have experienced Roberto as very pleasant. His enthusiasm and completeness in reporting is infectious. We have received a lot of nice tips about local sights and places to eat and despite the fact that we have been on holiday on this coast for years, there were also a few nice new ones for us. Thanks! A bit shorter: highly recommended!

The Sun Bay House was the perfect place to stay at during our first visit of the Côte d‘azur. The studio itself as well as the terrace were as beautiful and clean as on the pictures and Phillipe was always there to help! He was an amazing host with many recommendations what do to in Villefranche-sur-mer and in other cities It was one of the best AirBnb experiences we‘ve had! We will definitely come back 😊

Céline is really friendly and helpful! She responds very quickly and is always available. She makes sure everything is perfect and that we have everything we need. The accommodation is very clean and the views are superb. The grocery store just down the street from the building is super convenient and there are plenty of things. I couldn’t recommend Le Cabanon d’Isidore more highly. Wonderful, helpful host; a spotlessly clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully designed and comfortable cabin; stunning views right from bed and from the yard outside; and a short walk to the beach, hiking trails, restaurants, and public transit that opened up access to the entire surrounding region.

What an amazing gem this property was. The view was out of this world. Waking up every morning to that gorgeous view made me giddy! Close to restaurants, to beach clubs, to cafes, you name it. I fell in love with Nice and would 100% stay at this property again. Everything we needed was there and the host was so friendly and welcoming when we arrived. The noise from the promenade was what I expected but it didn’t bother me much, but the location was worth every car horn. Highly recommend this property for anyone travelling to Nice!

Great Apartment with amazing views!

Picasso by the Sea was exactly as described. Beautiful, bright, clean with a very well appointed kitchen and beautiful views of the Mediterranean. The location was perfect, a few steps from the Market and many very good restaurants. Our host provided very clear instructions on how to access the house and responded very quickly to our queries. Loved it !

Very responsive host. Flexible check-in. The apartment is central on a pedestrian street. We had a lovely night in this apartment. One of the amenities was defective, it was quickly replaced. Really good location have groceries and restaurants downstairs, also very close to the train station. The flat is cozy but super clean with all appliances. Brice was super nice greeted us and helped us through the whole stay

A lovely, well kept modern apartment with a stunning view, we massively enjoyed our time there. Location wise it’s easily walkable to bakeries in the morning, or to go grab food, plus a quick walk to the train station for day trips. The flat had everything we needed for a week stay, and was beautifully decorated. Our host was also super responsive and helpful, which was really appreciated. Similar to another review, there was some construction nearby during our stay - but we were told this ahead of time. You’re far away from it being so high up, so didn’t really cause much bother. Thankyou again for a great stay! Would recommend to anyone.

Nice apartment in a great, central location. It was perfect for my parents who were staying there because it was on the ground level (no stairs), has AC, and yet still right in the heart of old town. Not a lot of natural light, but really well decorated and maintained. I’d recommend!

Beautiful apartment. It has the best location. Walkable to every place we wanted to go. Beach bar, restaurants, old town, harbour. Recommend 100%. Host is extremely responsive and warm, instantly happy with by booking.

We had a wonderful stay at Kerstin’s place. The apartment was beautifully decorated and well set up. Central to the old town and right across the road from the beach front. Lot’s of places to eat within walking distance as well as a very well appointed kitchen. We would definitely return to stay in future visits.
