Beagle Canal View

KerstinRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We had his great stay at Pepe and Elke's. The house is exceptionally beautiful, lots of windows and an oven. We felt super comfortable. There is a porch with furniture. The gallery is great, the beds were very cozy. You have a great view of the Beagle Canal and Argentinian mountain ☺️ The people on site are so nice and helpful. The center of the village was very easily accessible on foot. There is not so much in Puerto Williams but you know each other quickly and it was just fun to be there.
A cupboard is organized with various kitchen items, including stacks of light blue plates and bowls. Two blue mugs are placed in front of glassware, featuring both tall and shorter glasses. A woven basket holds assorted snacks and tea bags on the shelf's bottom.

My experience staying at Ivan’s place was much better of what I expected. Hi and his wife were very welcoming and super friendly. I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. The place is very comfortable with everything that is needed. I will be returning next year to Puerto Williams and stay at this place again. Thank you for everything Ivan!

El Cauque Lenga Cabin Shelter

石川Rating, 5 stars5 months ago
It was away from the city, and I was worried about the check-in process because I used it after hiking the Navarino Circuit, but when I arrived at the inn, the host greeted me in a friendly manner. I think you'll be happy if you understand that it's an off-grid cabin, not a regular hotel. It was very good to be able to use the wood stove.

The view from the cabin window overlooks a forested area covered in fallen leaves. Twisted tree trunks and branches are visible, creating a natural frame. The scene reflects the tranquility of the surrounding native forest.

Refugio El Cauque Cabaña Ñirre

We had a fantastic week at Arturo’s place. The cabaña is the perfect place to take in nature, slow down and relax in front of a roaring log burner fire. It is also an excellent base for a variety of hikes and the Puerto Williams-Puerto Navarino scenic route bus passes just outside the gate. Drinking water and plenty of wood is provided. The gas kitchen is well equipped and the shower nicely hot. Above all, we loved the friendly good nature of Arturo and his friends. People like them are the salt of life! He picked us up from the ferry at 1AM and the cabaña was ready with the fire lit. He brought us back and forth from Puerto Williams and surroundings whenever was available. When not, he arranged lift from friends. The lady who helps him brought us to the airport inside the check in building, hugged and kissed us goodbye! They gave us baked goods some mornings. The dog Duque is a big, friendly giant. The place left us a great memory in our hearts and hope to be able to come back soon!

Shila Mountain Cabin

Luis and his family were incredibly kind, they picked us up at the port in the middle of the night and took us to their house, taking care of us with smiles, pancitos and eggs for breakfast! Too bad our stay was short because their home, surrounded by greenery and with a charming garden and vegetable garden next to it, is worth the trip. We hope to visit again soon! Thanks for everything to Luis and his wonderful family, we felt at home!

Tranquility and Rest Cabin

ChristophRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Large, bright one-room cottage with beautiful views of trees and the Beagle Channel. Another cottage and the main house are nearby. The cabin is located a few minutes' walk from the trailhead to the Dientes de Navarino / Cerro Bandera. It takes about 35 minutes on foot to reach the village. Rodolfo was very helpful and friendly. For minor problems, immediate remedial action was taken. Due to the location, a shuttle service is included on arrival and departure! That was wonderful and very comfortable. It's a good idea to buy everything you need for your stay on the first day and transport it by car. Typical of the country, the hut is not insulated, the wood-burning stove has not managed to provide cozy warmth on windy and cloudy days and at night, even with optimal operation. But there are many wool blankets to avoid freezing. Overall, I had a good time and felt very comfortable. Thanks José and Rodolfo and maybe see you another time!
