We had an exceptional stay in this apartment Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Emil, whose kindness and availability greatly contributed to making our stay in this beautiful island unforgettable. The accommodation was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. Every detail has been thoughtfully thought out to create a relaxing and cozy atmosphere. The exteriors were beautifully maintained, offered a perfect space to relax and enjoy the surrounding tranquility. In short this home is a real gem for anyone looking for recharge in a idillic settings. After spending 3 days in this amazing apartment with the stunning pool and beautiful beaches we highly recommend to everyone. Thank you Emil

Wir wurden vom Gastgeber beziehungsweise seinem lokalen Manager persönlich empfangen und herzlich begrüßt. Dieser war auch während unseres Aufenthalts ein äußerst hilfreicher Ansprechpartner für alle Belange (Shuttles organisiert, sowie den Grillplatz gezeigt, und Einheimischentipps zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gegeben,…). Die Unterkunft ist perfekt (mit Klimaanlage, ausreichend Handtüchern, Küchenutensilien,…) ausgestattet Die Lage der Unterkunft mit ihrer direkten Lage am Meer, mit schönen Stränden und guten Schnorchelplätzen ist perfekt und auch mit den öffentlichen Bussen gut erreichbar.

We love Eden Island and have stayed at or two properties. What we liked about David’s place was that it gives you a bit more space than the 2 bed, with its lovely wrap around balcony. Thank you!

Michel's guest home exceeded our honeymoon expectations. This beautiful home, up on the hills overlooking the beaches of central/southern Mahe is walking distance (or a short drive if you choose to rent a car) from a calm and peaceful beach as well as a local restaurant which Michel recommended to us...it did not disappoint! My wife and I went there twice and the catch of the day was our favorite. This was one of many recommendations Michel gave to us during out stay. We even got fresh papaya from Michel local tree as a treat. If you decide you want to save some money and eat in, there is a grocery store just down the hill from the house. This air b&b is equip with all the basic cooking supplies you should need. It may be difficult to find the house off the main road, even if using navigation. There is a small sign tacked up to the electric post right as you are supposed to turn off the main road, however we still did not see it easily. We told Michel our expected arrival time and he and his family were keeping an eye for us to help once we were off the main road. We found it easier to located the house off the main road while it was still light out. We would stay here for weeks if we could. Everything is so lush and beautiful and if you look out on the balcony you can see bats flying around in the sky.

We are very much grateful to Michelle for this good opportunity to live in this apartments during our long stay in Seychelles. This house reflects all the colorfulness of the Creoles’ life. Very authentic. It was pleasure to stay there. Michelle is very helpful and kind person. She met us in the best way and was in connect all days and even after when she were already in another apartments. It was pitty that we couldn’t stay there all days because there was another booking. But we definitely enjoyed our stay there and I think will choose this place again of come back. Michelle also helped me to find place where I can order a cake for my son’s birthday. Also she was helping us with all other things- advices of pharmacy, advices of medicaments, advices of good beaches and so on. Also I want to mention Pluimen , he was very responsible guy and watched us and the house very well. Wish you all the best and many many good clients. Maybe we will meet again, who knows? 😊

The property is exactly as shown in the listed photos. Rather it is more beautiful in reality. Very nice location, easy to find and beach is walkable. The host was very responsive, right from enquiries till the final check out. We needed an extended stay which was readily agreed upon a reasonable extra payment. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking and dining ware suitable for 5-6 people, with appliances of microwave/cooking gas stove/toaster/fridge/washing machine/iron and clothes board/basic toiletries/towels. The check in was smooth with the receptionist giving clear instructions and nearby supermarkets and food recommendations. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, and worth the money! Definitely a recommendation for Mahe.

Apartment was exceptional, very large and comfortable. Beds were also large and very comfortable, quality towels provided as needed, host welcomed us with refreshment towels, fruits, local iced tea which was very lovely. We really enjoyed the property, location is great close to good restaurants and beach. As anywhere on the island it is recommended to have a car to move around. The terrace is one of the best parts, it is very lovely to enjoy your mornings and evenings there, looking at and listening to the nature. Would recommend this apartment to everyone! Thank you Andy.

Wer hierher kommt, den erwartet ein traumhaftes Fleckchen auf dieser Erde. Der tropische Garten direkt am tosenden Meer ist wunderschön. Die Schaukel, die Liegestühle und der kleine Pool direkt am Strand machen das Erlebnis unvergesslich. Eine wahnsinnig schöne Strandkulisse mit beeindruckenden Steinen ringsum. Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe angelegt. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und auf Fragen erhielten wir schnell Antworten. Anders als aus der Beschreibung erwartet gab es keinen Wäschetrockner, nur eine Waschmaschine (getrocknet wird auf der Leine). Mietwagen ist unabdingbar (allerdings fährt auch der öffentliche Bus am Grundstück vorbei), um flexibel zu sein. Durch die Jahreszeit gab es auch an den umliegenden Stränden hohe Wellen und Strömungen, so dass wir zum Baden in den Norden gefahren sind. Grand Police Bay in der Nähe ist aber ein traumhafter Strand zum Verweilen, wo wir fast alleine waren. Insgesamt ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt.

Quando siamo arrivati all’airbnb eravamo reduci da una brutta esperienza con un altro host. Ebbene, Agnelle e Francis sono stati l’esatto opposto e la prova della vera accoglienza creola! Gentilissimi, disponibili, ci sono venuti incontro in tutti i modi con check in flessibile, accogliendoci anche con dei dolcetti e preparandoci una cena (fantastica!), nonostante soggiornassimo solo una notte. La casa è tenuta perfettamente e il quartiere molto tranquillo, immerso nel verde e vicino alle spiagge. Anche se non abbiamo potuto vedere molto di Mahe a causa del meteo porteremo un bel ricordo della città grazie ad Agnelle e Francis. Consiglieremo questo airbnb a tutti i nostri amici che verranno alle Seychelles

Fantastic stay! Nice pool to cool off in! Golf Cart to go to Eden Plaza! Beautiful snorkeling and 2 kayaks to paddle around! Would definitely recommend for a great stay!

Huset på Eden Island var fantastisk fint och levde upp till alla förväntningar och mer därtill. Vår host, Irene, var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam och var alltid snabb med att svara på våra frågor. Boendet rekommenderas starkt :)

Arno s'est montré très réactif dans ses réponses et souple par rapport à l'horaire d'arrivée et de départ. Nous avons été accueillis par Sarah qui passe faire le ménage chaque jour. Souriante et accueillante, elle est très agréable. La maison est conforme à la description faite par Arno et les photos correspondent à la réalité. La vue est incroyable, la piscine un vrai plaisir pour se relaxer en fin de journée. Un véhicule est nécessaire car il n'y a pas de restaurant ou d'activité sur place, ce qui en fait un endroit paisible, idéal pour s'y reposer, entouré d'une végétation luxuriante. Notre séjour aux Seychelles a été en tous points parfait.

Our stay at Villa Abundance was nothing short of spectacular. The location is truly magical nestled in nature with views that are simply to die for. The house itself was flawless, with every detail thoughtfully considered to make our stay perfect. From the homemade bread & jam to the fresh fruits from the garden, we felt completely taken care of and ready to explore each day. Even the toiletries were handmade from Peter and Jenny’s own brand, a beautiful personal touch that made the experience even more special. Peter and Jenny are incredible hosts - warm, attentive, and always available if we needed anything. We felt truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. We can’t wait to return to Villa Abundance on our next trip to Seychelles. Highly recommended!

Our stay at the house was absolutely incredible. Located in the stunning, gated community of Eden Island, it offered everything we could have hoped for—beautiful beaches, a playground, gym, and so much more. The home itself was both elegant and comfortable, with breathtaking views that we enjoyed while kayaking through calm, serene waters. Renting a boat was effortless—they picked us up right from the marina just behind the house. And the pool? Perfect for cooling off and unwinding. This is an ideal spot for a family vacation or a getaway with friends. Even if you arrive after hours, everything is smoothly arranged, from pickup to drop-off. Our host was wonderful—always helpful and easy to reach. Seychelles has truly become one of my favorite destinations, thanks to its warm people, delicious food, and lush natural beauty. Thank you for everything. I can’t wait to return!

Très satisfait de la villa, de l'environnement et des échanges avec Aliki. Notre séjour à Eden Island a été très agréable, notamment grâce à ce logement et à son hôte qui nous a bien aidé. De plus, Eden Island est bien située sur Mahé pour permettre d'aller vers les differents sites touristiques de l'ile. Enfin, il y a tout ce qu'il faut à Eden Island pour la logistique, les repas, le sport et les sorties, ce qui est très appréciable.

I Highly recommend Maryse’s place. She and Chris have been amazing host to us. The olive tree residence is 8-10 mins from the city, uphill amidst nature where you can hear the sound of breeze blowing , birds chirping, an amazing view of the ocean and fog at times. It’s overall an amazing place to get a detox from the hustle and bustle of city life. For those who prefer using public transportation, the bus stop is just a minute walk. Airport is approx 15 mins drive by car from the location. There are amazing restaurants at Eden island which is a 10 min drive from the residence. Maryse and Chris are warm and welcoming and have been always responsive to our questions and also guided us with local recommendations. The house was well equipped, spacious and spotless. The garden area is full of flower and fruit plantations. We wish we stayed there longer. Without a second thought, we would book this place when we visit Seychelles again.

This was the best location and holiday ever! Unit was perfect. Really hope we can return sometime in the future.

Mit Abstand das beste Airbnb in dem wir je waren. Sauberkeit, Lage, Ambiente, Ausstattung und Service hervorragend. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Kühlschrank prall gefüllt und es fehlte an nichts, sogar Sekt, Wein und Bier standen parat. Da neben auch viele Snacks, Obst und alles was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Wir waren sprachlos! Sehr freundliche Begrüßung, flexibler Check-in und Service (Danke nochmal an Veronique und Asela die hervorragende Arbeit leisten und zudem sehr freundlich zu und waren). Die Privatsphäre wird hier sehr hoch geschrieben. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und wird täglich gereinigt. Der Gärtner ist Topp und stets für ein kleinen Smalltalk zu haben. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wenn wir noch einmal auf Mahe Urlaub machen, würden wir das Eden Hills auf jeden Fall immer wieder buchen. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and super comfy, with attention paid to every small detail. Fully equipped kitchen including everything you need and even more (a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and waffle maker just to name a few). The view from terrace is exactly the same as on the photo. The apartment has good AC and ventilators in every room plus on the terrace. Comfy bed with good linens. Beach and shower towels are provided. The place is quiet and private, and the location is great. John was the best host! He always responded fast, gave me his full support, clear instructions, helpful information. He helped me a lot when my flight was canceled last minute and I had to change my plans - date change, plus early check-in and late check-out were provided free of charge!!! I couldn't ask for more! I highly recommend everyone book one of his places for a vacation you won't regret!!!

Renaud answered email questions immediately and was helpful with advice and his kind guidance. Everything we needed for our stay was in the apartment. This was our third stay on Eden Island and this was the nicest apartment that we've rented. We would like to say a big thank you to Renaud and hope that this apartment will be available should we make a return visit in the future. There are no negative comments as all was very good!
