Vacation rentals with beach access in Anse Royale

We love Eden Island and have stayed at or two properties. What we liked about David’s place was that it gives you a bit more space than the 2 bed, with its lovely wrap around balcony. Thank you!

A very nice and fresh apartment! The beach is just across the street 😍 the balcony is very nice with a view of palm trees. Francis was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

On the heights, the accommodation is ventilated, very quiet. The room is spacious. The photos match the place, Daphne and her big kids are lovely. Reviews point to a tricky climb to the house, actually it's okay. We recommend it unreservedly.

Lovely flat with a great view. Only the bedroom has air conditioning but we managed okay as the living room has a fan. Great and helpful host.

The best holiday of our lives! Eden Island in Seychelles is a truly lovely escape. The flat we rented from Georges and Christine was beautiful and luxurious, the marina buzzes with a relaxed atmosphere, and the views are simply stunning. It's a fantastic place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Seychelles. Highly recommended for a peaceful and picturesque getaway. Georges and Christine were fantastic hosts and fabulous people. We made very good friends with them and they help us with everything we needed to have a wonderful holiday, we are very very grateful for all their help. The apartment was clean, beautiful, extremely well maintained and had an amazing view from the balcony. We are looking forward to returning next year for another beautiful and relaxing stay. We traveled with the family to Seychelles and stayed throughout our trip in the villa, which we liked a lot. All was great, the villa has its authentical touch, the hosts were very nice and friendly, the view to the ocean was marvelous, and a small beach was just nearby. The nights were quiet, as the villa is away from all noises and touristic places. We enjoyed our privacy and trip to Seychelles! Big thanks to Mary, Christophe and Gian.

This place was absolutely fabulous. Great estate area, very secluded yet accessible and close to the most beautiful beach on the island, that felt almost private. The home is well equipped and has air conditioning, that made our sleep perfect. The host was very helpful getting some additional items for the kitchen we asked for. The location is perfect and the bus stop is very close by. We managed to stay 10 days and travel around the island by bus only, without the need to book a car. We highly recommend that place.

This is a wonderful place. We really like the location as we were right on the water, close to the club house and all of the beaches. Perfect for our family!

The whole island is trully Eden. Tranquile surrounding, lovely gardens all arround the villas. Upon arrival you are provided with a cart, no cars allowed in the resort, which only adds to the overall experience. The villa itself is very spacious, well equipped, with excellent terrace overlooking the water. Check in and out was easy and Tina made evrything smoothly and efficiently. We would deffinitelly love to come back one day.

A dream in the Seychelles! Our time at this Seychelles home was simply spectacular! Already upon arrival we were overwhelmed by the size of the place – even for our family of four, there was more than enough space, which made the stay very pleasant. But the absolute highlight was the location: being right on the sea and waking up every morning with this incredible view was simply unforgettable. You could hear the sound of the waves and enjoy the fresh sea breeze – pure relaxation! Many thanks to the local manager, Ronny. He was very nice and helpful and also prepared us a very tasty dinner one evening. Right at the property you can reach a beach via a path to the rocks. It's a little easier across the street. However, the nearby Beau Vallon beach is better for children. We highly recommend this property! Thank you for this wonderful experience!

The home is beautiful, well-laid out, and so comfortable. It's incredibly clean, and John was so helpful and responsive! Seychelles is a dream location in every way: the beaches, the people, the colorful locale, the decor. And Eden Island really shows off all that is exquisite about Seychelles: from our private pool to the beach outside our door, to the buggy we could use to jot around the island, to the fitness center. And the home, which is so tastefully decorated. The host--John--was available whenever we needed. All in all, a really wonderful visit.

The Seychelles has been our best vacay with sunbathing, hiking, snorkeling, diving, Easter church services, surrounded by the most beautiful nature! We loved the Seychelles as well as Marcella's place! It is clean, spacious, well-furnished, and the view is absolutely amazing! Marcella was very responsive, and helped us kindly incl. late check-out. We would not recommend coming without a car but also enjoyed walking to the beach and restaurants sometimes. The location is great for a start, maybe staying in the south or one of the other islands is worth a consideration next time. One downside may be the price. Others are temporary construction noise around, missing refills (e.g. toilet paper) or on request (e.g. salt, trash bags), no AC in the living room, in the bedrooms it didn't always cool down, and parking can be tricky. Villa is quite high up giving you the best views of both sunset and sunrise, absolutely stunning views, worth every penny! Edmund is a great host, good communication and very helpful. The Villa is very spacious, clean and I couldn't fault a thing. I would highly recommend car rental and preferably automatic as the Villa is in a steep slope. if you have booked this Villa you will definitely enjoy your stay. I recommend highly. thank you Edmund and team 💙

Great place to stay for a family of 3 to 5. Everything is comfortable , clean and cozy

We had an amazing time at Villa Rousseau! Alison was helpful, kind and welcoming and Vanessa went above and beyond to make us feel at home! The apartment is very clean, well maintained and comfortable. The view is breathtaking! We rented a car (with Alison’s help) and it was delivered directly to the Villa. We would highly recommend this stay!

The apartment is beautiful, clean, and super comfy, with attention paid to every small detail. Fully equipped kitchen including everything you need and even more (a Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and waffle maker just to name a few). The view from terrace is exactly the same as on the photo. The apartment has good AC and ventilators in every room plus on the terrace. Comfy bed with good linens. Beach and shower towels are provided. The place is quiet and private, and the location is great. John was the best host! He always responded fast, gave me his full support, clear instructions, helpful information. He helped me a lot when my flight was canceled last minute and I had to change my plans - date change, plus early check-in and late check-out were provided free of charge!!! I couldn't ask for more! I highly recommend everyone book one of his places for a vacation you won't regret!!!

We really enjoyed our first vacation in the Seychelles. It's really heavenly and people are warm and respectful of their islands. We would like to introduce the Seychelles to our daughter and we will keep this address for a future opportunity and for our friends and family. Renaud answered email questions immediately and was helpful with advice and his kind guidance. Everything we needed for our stay was in the apartment. This was our third stay on Eden Island and this was the nicest apartment that we've rented. We would like to say a big thank you to Renaud and hope that this apartment will be available should we make a return visit in the future. There are no negative comments as all was very good!
