Vacation rentals with beach access in Anse Mitan

I have to agree with all the previous reviews. Corinne’s place is spectacular just as in the pictures. Great pool and great place overall. Corinne is also very attentive to your needs or questions. Would definitely recommend the place !

We had a wonderful stay at Stéphane and Marie-No's place. Their apartment is a real little pearl: perfectly equipped, the terrace and the hot tub in a tropical atmosphere really marked us. The hosting was warm and thoughtful, and their recommendations for discovering the surrounding area were valuable. A big thank you to them for their hospitality, and the welcome home punch which was delicious! We highly recommend it!

Beautiful accommodation located a few minutes' walk from the beach, restaurants, shops. The host left plenty of small touches to make our stay pleasant in addition to everything we needed to go to the beach (parasol, chairs, towels, masks and snorkel, beach bag). As a bonus, there is a superb pool, very well maintained, that was waiting for us when we returned from our excursions. We would highly recommend and would not hesitate to return on a future visit to Martinique.

Beautiful little cocoon at Pointe du Bout. The apartment is relatively small but everything is optimized, new and very functional. We didn't miss anything, it was perfect. It was a pleasure to have breakfast with the view of the marina. The location is ideal because, once the car is parked (lots of spaces available), it is easy to do everything on foot. Cécile did everything for our comfort (availability, small touches, etc.), she is very friendly and kind. We would come back without a second thought and we can only recommend this apartment if you are traveling in the area!

A great place to stay. The view is beautiful, the sea a minute away, and private parking a plus. Ela is a great host. She did decorate the place for my birthday and even made a gluten-free cake.

Wonderful apartment, very convenient, super clean. Very welcoming hosts who offered us breakfast for the day after our arrival as well as a bottle of rum. Very nice location for traveling to the various sites. No need to take the car, in the evening, to eat, everything is nearby. There are also supermarkets nearby to fill the fridge. The beautiful beach of Anse Mitan is a three minute walk. Several water sports. Private and secure parking spot available, which is very rare in the neighborhood. We will definitely go back for our next trip to Martinique.

Very good stay. Spacious, clean, very well-equipped accommodation with everyday accessories available (shopping bag, cooler, etc.). Located in a quiet residence, beautiful view that can be enjoyed during meals on the covered terrace. Walking distance to Anse Mitan, its various shops, the Creole village and its restaurants. The villa is even prettier in real life than in the photo, very nicely decorated, it quickly feels like home. The pool is very popular after a hot day. Everything went very well, communication with Thierry or Rodolphe was very easy, the arrival is prepared by very pleasant little touches. The location was ideal for moving to the nearby Anses where we wanted to spend the most time, but also for the rest of the island. I highly recommend Thierry's villa.

A real favorite for this bungalow, its tranquility, its decor, its view, its bedding, the spa much appreciated after a big day of sightseeing, the kayak to go see the iguanas at Chancel Island (a little heavy to go down and up the path even with the wheels, but we got there!). We were able to enjoy the barbecue and meet on the terrace anolis, gecko, toad… Thanks to Florent for his friendly, fast and efficient welcome. The area is ideal for visiting La Trinité, the Caravelle peninsula, Sainte Marie and its tombolo, the Clément house, the François, the Fonds Blancs, the Josephine bathtub…

We loved the villa. The hosting was great OMG with Caroline, she is very nice. She took all the time it took to explain to us everything we needed to know about the house, we really appreciated it. Erkan also responded very quickly to our questions before our arrival and after we contacted Caroline who also responded very quickly and always friendly. The place is beautiful, very lit with always a nice breeze. It is very well located and secure, beautiful sea views even if it is at a distance. The only small disappointment we had and mentioned to Caroline was that there was no BBQ as mentioned on the listing, Caroline offered us her (so nice of her part) but finally we organized ourselves differently. Basically everything was perfect, we recommend the place without hesitation. Thanks Erkan and Caroline.

Small practical studio, we only stayed one night. Clean, welcoming host. There's a parking spot for your car and it's really a plus.

Fabulous stay at Pascal's Ti chou chou. There were 2 of us and we enjoyed the cleanliness of the accommodation, the quality of the amenities and Pascal's help on a daily basis. We saw 3 ravet beetles at the beginning of our stay in the accommodation, which are insects that are part of the local fauna, but Pascal immediately reacted to help us eliminate them and no other ravet beetles were seen. I would recommend this place for your stay in Martinique.

We had a lovely stay at Olivia's. The apartment is very spacious and well-equipped for children. The garden is nice. We are a 2-minute walk to the beach, there is also a supermarket and good bakery very close on foot. It's very convenient. Recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bleu Soley in Trois-Îlets, and it was an unforgettable experience. The house is beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. Waking up to the serene views of the Caribbean Sea each morning was truly a highlight. The location is ideal—peaceful yet conveniently close to local attractions and beaches. My kids had the best time! Angela was incredibly welcoming and provided excellent recommendations for exploring the area. I highly recommend Bleu Soley to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic stay in Martinique.

Very well hosted by Nicolas upon arrival, with a bonus of a small homemade punch, very much appreciated! The accommodation is perfectly equipped, functional, very clean, and ideally located. A pretty bouquet of flowers in the kitchen brought a delicate and friendly touch. We would definitely recommend this listing!

We had a pleasant stay at Dany and Jacques's The studio is well located, close to the beach restaurants shops. The neighborhood is quiet, there is a private parking space for the car! A pool available! The welcome by Dany and Jacques is very friendly We would highly recommend their place and if we have the opportunity we will happily go back.

We had a wonderful stay at Sandra and Luca's! They are welcoming, responsive and attentive to our well-being. The accommodation is very comfortable and well-equipped, the view from the terrace is superb. It is conveniently located, avoiding traffic jams for the North and South, which are therefore easily accessible. Many good restaurants in town are within walking distance, a pleasure not to have to take the car everywhere. Private beach and pool access are also two big pluses! Nothing to say, we can only recommend.

Very nice accommodation with full amenities. Very nice terrace with sunset views, it can be hot but there is a fan. Go see the cove near the Hôtel de la Batelière, I saw a sea turtle there and a lot of fish. Not really any restaurants within walking distance, there's the casino restaurant and the pizza restaurant. Otherwise, several restaurants in Schœlcher. There is a beach umbrella available but bring your own beach towels. The washing machine was very convenient. The air conditioning is very efficient, there is one in the living room and another in the bedroom. Very quiet apartment and no noise from neighbors.

My husband and I are delighted with our stay at Lionel's. The place was great for both of us, maybe missing a little bit of storage in the kitchen. Quiet and clean residence, super well placed to visit and enjoy the beautiful beaches and the varied landscapes of the south of the island. Lionel is ultra available and super nice . We would highly recommend

We enjoyed staying at this place that matched the photos and description. The host is responsive and responds very quickly. All instructions were clear. Little extra for the pool, very clean. Well located, 4 minutes by car from beaches and shops and restaurants. 10 min by car from a grocery store.
