Our house was amazing from the pool to the scenery and how close it was on the water and to Pinel Beach! Philippe was the best host as well. He was there to greet us early, and went over everything in the house. Gave us beer, and a bottle of their native rum too! I would absolutely recommend this house and Philippe as a host!

Coralie was fantastic!!! She sent us directions so detailed that she even counted the speed bumps for us! Her house was in a beautiful location and decorated so wonderfully. It was right on the water and we loved sitting on the porch watching the waves. The pictures dudnt do it justice. it was so calm and serene. Absokutely the best air bnb we have ever stayed in. She even had electric converters on the kitchen table in case we forgot ours. She thought of everything! We so enjoyed our stay here. Even met some fun neighbors to visit with. Stay here, you won't regret it. Thank you Coralie for allowing us to stay in your home.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Antoine’s place. It is in a great location with the beach, restaurants, and shopping all nearby. We loved sitting outside on the patio in the mornings to enjoy breakfast with the iguanas, turtles, birds, and cats!

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cet appartement qui correspondait à la description. nous étions 6 adultes et le logement est adapté pour 6. Proche de Marigot, et de maho beach côté néerlandais, vu sur le lagon. baignade pas très loin à bay rouge une plage magnifique. merci.

Kathy’s place exceeded our expectations and was so hard to leave. Kathy and Zackarie were fantastic hosts who made us feel right at home. It truly felt like a little piece of paradise in a great area. The market right on the street was super convenient, and there were plenty of great local spots nearby, including a must-visit tiki bar down the road called Ratafia. The beach was within walking distance, and it was such a joy to be able to bring our dog. The island is incredibly dog-friendly. There’s really no better place to stay on the island. We’re so glad we found a new home away from home!

Glen was very accommodating and helpful before and throughout our stay. The place was very safe and clean.

The place was perfect, and the view and backyard were the highlights of our stay! We were just 5 to 10 minutes away from the best beaches and activities on the French side. The supermarket and an amazing bakery were only about 4 minutes down the road, along with a wine store. On the first day, I struggled to get my phone to work with Google Maps because I hadn't informed my cell phone company that I would be traveling abroad. However, the hosts were incredibly helpful in assisting me. The husband stayed on the phone with me the entire time, which made a world of difference since I was really anxious about my first Airbnb experience in the Caribbean. Once I sorted out the issue with my cell carrier, we were able to navigate all over the island easily. I would definitely stay here again, and I can't wait to come back!

Isabelle was an absolute dream! She was so kind and hospitable, and the space had everything we could even think of needing. It was walking distance to wonderful coffee shops and restaurants, as well as Orient Beach. She was so communicative the entire time. I absolutely recommend and would stay here again.

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb in Orient Bay! The location was absolutely ideal—just a short walk to the beach and great restaurants, yet it also offered a peaceful and secluded feel that made it the perfect retreat. The outdoor eating space was a standout feature for us—we loved starting our mornings there and unwinding in the evenings. The Airbnb itself was spotless and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort and relaxation of our stay. The host was fantastic—very responsive and attentive to any questions or needs, making the experience seamless from start to finish. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a combination of convenience, tranquility, and great hospitality. We would absolutely stay here again!

This townhome was comfortable and quiet with all of the amenities you could ask for. We loved the garden area and also being able to walk to many good restaurants.

What a wonderful beachside condo! The place came equipped with all the beach gear and household items. Eating around the village at the restaurants or having wine and cheese board from the village market ; this place was picturesque and everything was a 30 second walk away. Also, the speaker was amazing!

We stayed at this property for three weeks and our experience was exceptional from start to finish. Even before booking, Leonard, the host was incredibly responsive and approachable, answering all my questions quickly and thoroughly. Max and Chelsea, team working with Leonard, were also professional, helpful, and a pleasure to communicate with. They assisted us with everything from restaurant recommendations to arranging taxi services. The property itself was spotless, very well equipped, and offered a stunning view of the sea. Both the beach and pool were just a few steps away, yet when the doors were closed, we enjoyed peaceful quiet, with only the tranquil sound of the waves. IMO, this unit is the best location on the compound. Orient Bay, only 10-15 minute walk along the beach, is lively, and filled with restaurants, shops, and cafes. However, we loved staying at this quieter spot. Truly, I have no complaints—only gratitude for making our vacation so wonderful!

We had an incredible stay at the Nettlé Bay Beach Club in St. Martin! The location is absolutely perfect—right on the beach with stunning views of the Caribbean Sea. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the peaceful atmosphere made it the perfect getaway. The apartment was clean, minimalist but well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying sunsets right from the terrace. The hosts, the staff and the neighbours were friendly and helpful, and the area felt very safe and welcoming. I can’t wait to come back—highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic beach escape!

Die Maisonettewohnung ist wunderschön, mit einem fantastischen Ausblick auf das Meer & tolle Sonnenuntergänge. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend & es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist in einer abgeschlossenen Wohnanlage & über einen kleinen Trampelpfad ist man schnell am Strand. Es gibt 2 Sonnenschirme sowie 2 ganz tolle Liegen für den Strand. Die Nespresso Kaffeemaschine war eine Freude für mich & das Bett überaus gemütlich. Man sollte bestenfalls einen Polo, also ein kurzes Auto oder ein höheres Auto, wie einen kleinen SUV haben. Kein zu großes Auto & kein zu langes, da man sonst auf der Einfahrt aufsetzt. Wir mussten aufgrund dessen das Auto tauschen. Unser Checkin lief nicht ganz reibungslos, da niemand anzutreffen war & wir kein Internet hatten, um Bescheid zu geben. Nachbarn halfen uns mit dem WLAN & dann kam jemand, um uns das Haus zu öffnen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten. Die Owner sowie die Agentur waren sehr zuvorkommend und proaktiv in der Kommunikation :)

Absolutely Perfect Beach Getaway. We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb right on Orient Bay Beach! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the soft sand and crystal-clear water, with beach bars, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance. The space itself was thoughtfully designed and had everything we needed for a relaxing and romantic beach vacation. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower was wonderful, and we loved waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoyed our mornings on the private terrace with an ocean view. It’s clear the hosts put a lot of care into making sure guests feel welcome and comfortable. They provided beach towels, chairs, and even an umbrella —every little detail was covered. Communication was seamless, and check-in was a breeze. This spot truly felt like a home away from home, but better—sun, sea, and total serenity

Nous avons tout aimé de notre séjour chez Diane et Bruno! Non seulement les hôtes et leur sdorable chat Simba étaient très sympatiques, le logement était parfait ! Nous étions vraiment confortables et les environs sont magnifiques, tout simplement. La vue est top!

Nouveau un Paradis sur la plage — 5 stars! This place was everything we hoped for and more. The beachfront deck absolutely steals the show — it made it nearly impossible to start our day because we were too busy soaking in the view and the peace of the moment. Marie, our host, was fantastic. Thoughtful, responsive, and had everything laid out in a guest book, from must-see spots to local tips. The condo was tastefully decorated and made you feel comfortable and relaxed. it was equipped with all the essentials — and even extras for the beach, which was a really nice touch. You’ll definitely want a car if you're planning to explore, but there’s great food and a convenient little grocery store just a short walk away. Truly a slice of paradise. Would come back in a heartbeat!

My husband and I enjoyed 6 nights here. It is a perfect location with delicious restaurants just a 5 min walk away. The beach in front of the home is gorgeous and calm. The home and kitchen is well appointed with all the necessities for making a small meal. Close to the Super U for needed groceries. Nicolas was very attentive and made check-in a breeze. Would definitely recommend to any friends or family visiting the area!

It was amazing to wake up each morning just steps from the beautiful beach! After our stay, I can say that the location along the beach is perfect: easy walking distance to all the best restaurants, yet away enough from the noise and more crowded areas. Very central. The property had everything we could possibly need. Even a cooler and snorkeling gear! Previous tenants left some spices behind, and we contributed too. There are several smaller convenience stores and a great pharmacy walking distance. And, a 5 min drive to Super U grocery store, which has everything, and is full of amazing French products. You must get breakfast at La Cantina!

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Clea's place. The house is beautiful. She had cold beverages waiting in the refrigerator for our arrival and the scenery was beautiful from the veranda. our only concerned is that the pool is not clearly marked for depth. I'm about 5 ft and the pool all the way around is a little deeper than that which is over my head. There is no shallow end. Orient Beach is very nice. one drawback is the constant haggling for a beach massage by the locals. I had to exercise a gentle rudeness in order for them to leave us alone. Other than that we had a fabulous time. You must visit the African Market in Phillipsburg. You will find beautiful African artifacts at good prices. Anthony and Florence are the best.

Our trip to St. Maarten was absolutely amazing, made even better by the incredible hospitality of our host, Chelsea. From start to finish, everything was seamless. Chelsea was knowledgeable, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, and every detail of the stay was thoughtfully prepared. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend and would absolutely return!
