It is convenient to get▶ from Seoul in less than 50 minutes, and it is open on the 2nd and 3rd floor pension in a 4-story private building located on the Junction road in Eulwang-dong (opened in July 23). It is a spacious space of 30 pyeong on each floor, suitable for families and groups of less than 10 people, and for group gatherings of 15 or more people (when using them at the same time on the 2nd and 3rd floors). - It is a good accommodation to live in Ansan/Daebudo/Turtle Island/Oido for a week, a month:) - Spacious' Ocean View in Donggan Street (Ocean view blended with parks during the day and in the evening with the lights on the power tower above Sihwa Lake, so it's a great place to be day and night.) - Colorful restaurant♥ ︎ which is a yellow and blue point (A life shot in front of a big mirror) - All bedding is changed every day. (All washed and dried are done by yourself. I don't do a separate ironing, so there may be some wrinkles on the sheets😃) * The weather got chilly, so we replaced it with plush winter bedding.🥰 - Vandal Island promenade and park right in front of you - Space for working from home, vacationing - Queen size bed - washer, dryer, fridge, microwave, hair dryer, electric kettle -Tableware, utensils are available, and you can eat indoors. - 65 inch TV, Netflix, Cable, Disney - Aurora lights for the atmosphere, a simple bookable computer, and board games are available.

It is a bright and quiet high-rise accommodation where you can see the sea and feel more open with windows on both sides. There is a large rooftop cafe right in front of the accommodation, and various convenience facilities such as a sashimi restaurant and Starbucks with a view of the sea are all located within 3-4 minutes by car.[Our bedding is used for the finest hotels (goose), and bedding is always washed to make it clean and fluffy.] The first floor of the accommodation has a 7-Eleven and a pretty cafe lobby, and the second floor has a brunch cafe (am10 open) called nouaison. Parking is free. When you open the porch window, you can hear the seagulls and the calm music from the cafe.
