House vacation rentals in Ano Poli, Thessaloniki

Das Haus hat einen Touch mit 90-er, ist nicht 100% modern bzw auf dem letzten Stand, allerdings genau das mach sie so charmant und einzigartig. Die Verbesserungspotential wäre sicherlich: WLAN und ganz klar eine effiziente Klimaanlage, zumindest in der vorderen Haushälfte, sowie die Gartenbeleuchtung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, an der Stelle vielen Dank an Gabi, unsere deutschsprachige Gastgeberin, die immer für uns da war.

I spent 10 days there with my family and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The place is just amazing. The apartment is nice and big with wonderful terrace. The swimming pool is great and the sunset view is beautiful. It is in a calm area so you can nicely relax there. The place is few minutes by car from the beach. The host was really nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Super Unterkunft und toller Gastgeber. Mit Mietwagen ist die Unterkunft einfach nur perfekt. Ohne ist es etwas schwer Orte in der Umgebung zu erreichen.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit huis. Alles was perfect en het zwembad is echt fantastisch. Zef en Anastasiia waren perfecte hosts. We raden dit huis aan iedereen aan!!

Καταπληκτική εμπειρία! Ήταν αυτό που περιμέναμε, ένα μέρος όπου ξεφεύγεις από καθημερινότητα και χαλαρώνεις! Ησυχία στην φύση, πλήρεις εγκαταστάσεις με σάουνα, υδρομασάζ και πισίνα και κατάλληλο για να πας με παρέα καθώς μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 8 άτομα. Οι οικοδεσπότες άψογοι, τους ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach wundervoll! Der Gastgeber hat uns schon vorab sehr herzlich empfangen und uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts unglaublich gut betreut. Er war immer für uns da, hat uns sogar zum Einkaufen gefahren und innerhalb von Minuten auf Nachrichten geantwortet, so viel Hilfsbereitschaft haben wir selten erlebt! Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr schön, super sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir durften sogar früher einchecken, was den Start unseres Aufenthalts noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Der Ort war einfach perfekt gelegen, gut angebunden an die Stadt, aber trotzdem ruhig und idyllisch. Wir hatten unglaublich viel Spaß. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und wären gerne noch länger geblieben.

A wonderful stay all around. Maria was a great host also. The pictures on the listing don't actuall do justice to the view or the house. It is better in person! We arrived and meet up with Maria as agreed, she offered lots of help for things to do, and spots to hit. Prior to arrival, I had also sent her many questions, all of which she answered. All of her responses at arrival, and prior, were representative of reality and useful. The villa is off the beaten path, as listed. You need a car for sure, there is one village to the immediate south, maybe 3 mins away by car where you can find everything you need. The bakery is a must hit...there is always a line up, easy to find. Katsouro restaurant right near the house is also a must hit, as recommended by our host. If you are looking for a local experience, this is the place to go. This is off the beaten path for sure. 40mins from Thessaloniki which has everything a large urban center can provide, and about 40 mins also from Mount Olympus, which is spectular in more ways than one. Δύο λόγια λοιπόν για την εμπειρία μας. Ήμασταν μια παρέα 10 ατόμων που επέλεξε να περάσει τις ημέρες του Πάσχα στο σπίτι του κ.Γιωργου. Πρώτα θέλω να ξεκινήσω από τον ανθρώπινο παράγοντα από τον κ.Γιωργο δλδ , τον οικοδεσπότη που ήταν και πολύ εξυπηρετικός και απαντούσε αμέσως τις απορίες μας και μας παρουσίασε του σπίτι του κατά την άφιξη μας. Όσο για το σπίτι και το μέρος, πολύ μεγάλη και καταπράσινη αυλή μέσα στα δέντρα. Η πισίνα ήταν γεμάτη και καθαρή παρά την off season εποχή. περάσαμε σχεδόν όλη την ώρα έξω στην αυλή . απόλυτη ησυχία καθως το σπίτι είναι μεν απομονωμένο αλλά σε απόσταση αναπνοής από το χωριό της Ν. Ηράκλειας. Όσο για το εσωτερικό του σπιτιού, δε μας έλλειψε τίποτα. είναι με τόσο μεράκι φτιαγμένο το σπίτι που οι οικοδεσπότες έχουν μεριμνήσει για την παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια. Άνετα μεγάλα και καθαρά δωμάτια. 3 μπάνια που βοηθάει παρα πολύ όταν είστε πολλά άτομα. η Κουζίνα γεμάτη. Και ως μπόνους μας άφησε να ανάψουμε και το τζάκι το βράδυ. Υπέροχη εμπειρία. Ευχαριστούμ

Kostas' apartment is on a lovely quiet street at the intersect of Ano Poli (upper city/old town) and the main part of the city so this was a perfect location for me. The bedroom has blackout type of blinds so very good for sleeping. It is a ground floor apartment that opens directly on to the street however the front door has reflective glass so during the day people cannot see into the apartment and there is also an electronic shutter so it is very safe. The fridge had water, a beer and greek wine for my arrival which was very nice! The monsoon (top) shower was not working during my stay which was unfortunate however there is a second shower head in the shower so it was not a big problem. There is a supermarket less than 5 mins walk from the apartment, Wifi is great and Kostas responds immediately to any queries which is really helpful. I would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Stelios & Fani’s place! The apartment was very clean, cozy, and well-equipped — we felt right at home. The location is absolutely perfect: everything you need is close by, and it’s a great starting point to explore the area. Communication with Stelios & Fani was super friendly and easy. Ενας πεντακάθαρος και πανέμορφος χώρος, το σπίτι είχε ότι χρειάζεται κάποιος για να περάσει ευχάριστα τη διαμονή του. Το τζακούζι ήταν ό,τι πρέπει για αυτό τον καιρό, σίγουρα άξιζε τα χρήματα και σίγουρα θα ξανά προτιμήσουμε αυτό το πανέμορφο σπίτι. Συγχαρητήρια για αυτόν τον υπέροχο χώρο που διαμορφώσατε⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a very enjoyable stay. The flat offers a beautiful view and is very clean, and the location is great. One thing to note is that it can be a bit noisy if you sleep on the sofa (there were some dance parties in the town), but the bedroom is much quieter. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it.

very comfortable space! you could easily have friends over. she supplied us with soaps, toilet paper, snacks, coffee, water bottles, a briki, anything we might need upon arrival. super cute space with comfy couches and comfy bed. host was very responsive, kind, and helpful while giving us lots of privacy! highly recommend. not disability accessible.

Η διαμονή μας ήταν εξαιρετική! Το δωμάτιο ήταν όπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες, καθαρό, άνετο και σε ιδανική τοποθεσία. Η επικοινωνία με τη Φανή ήταν πάντα άμεση και πολύ βοηθητική. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

this was a great place. the apartment is beautiful and has two bedrooms, each with a bed that can comfortably fit two adults. we loved the furniture and the location is central. one thing to note, however, is that it is very hard to park a car in the area. If you want to bring a car, I suggest that you should reconsider, or at least make an arrangement with a nearby parking lot.

This is a true home away from home! Everything, from Alkis's warm, supportive, and instructive manner to the location and the last item, is thought of wholeheartedly. I was surprised to find the place exceeded the description and photos. It is cozy, clean, and very well-equipped.

Aikaterini was a very friendly and accommodating host! The house had everything we could need and more. It’s matched the pictures and was pretty spacious for 3-4 people.

Εξαιρετικος χωρος με ολες τις ανεσεις. Το σημειο ειναι κεντρικο και ευκολα προσβασιμο.

Η κα Ειρήνη όπως και ο κος Ερρίκος ήταν εξαιρετικοί οικοδεσπότες..τους ευχαριστούμε πολύ...όλα ήταν πεντακάθαρα και τακτοποιημένα.Οτι ζητήσαμε μας εξυπηρέτησαν. Πάντα χαμογελαστοί και ευγενικοί..

Wir waren über ein verlängertes Wochenende in dieser Unterkunft und waren total begeistert. Super schönes Zimmer mit einer Küche, die wir zwar aus zeitlichen Gründen nicht nutzen konnten, die aber auf jeden Fall sauber war. Das Zimmer selbst ist geräumig, sauber und stylisch eingerichtet ist. Der Check-In ist sehr gut beschrieben, mit den Anweisungen die uns 1-2 Tage vor der Ankunft zugesendet worden sind, sind wir sehr gut und easy zurecht gekommen, auch der Check-out war super einfach. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral, zu Fuß sind die ganzen Restaurants und der Hafen ca. 10 Minuten entfernt, ansonsten kann man auch in den Bus einsteigen der gerade mal 150 Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt ist. Fazit: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat von der Ankunft bis hin zur Abreise alles super geklappt. Danke, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!
