Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Ano Poli, Thessaloniki

Das Haus hat einen Touch mit 90-er, ist nicht 100% modern bzw auf dem letzten Stand, allerdings genau das mach sie so charmant und einzigartig. Die Verbesserungspotential wäre sicherlich: WLAN und ganz klar eine effiziente Klimaanlage, zumindest in der vorderen Haushälfte, sowie die Gartenbeleuchtung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, an der Stelle vielen Dank an Gabi, unsere deutschsprachige Gastgeberin, die immer für uns da war.

Ενας πεντακάθαρος και πανέμορφος χώρος, το σπίτι είχε ότι χρειάζεται κάποιος για να περάσει ευχάριστα τη διαμονή του. Το τζακούζι ήταν ό,τι πρέπει για αυτό τον καιρό, σίγουρα άξιζε τα χρήματα και σίγουρα θα ξανά προτιμήσουμε αυτό το πανέμορφο σπίτι. Συγχαρητήρια για αυτόν τον υπέροχο χώρο που διαμορφώσατε⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Καταπληκτική εμπειρία! Ήταν αυτό που περιμέναμε, ένα μέρος όπου ξεφεύγεις από καθημερινότητα και χαλαρώνεις! Ησυχία στην φύση, πλήρεις εγκαταστάσεις με σάουνα, υδρομασάζ και πισίνα και κατάλληλο για να πας με παρέα καθώς μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 8 άτομα. Οι οικοδεσπότες άψογοι, τους ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Beautiful villa in a beautiful area. Close to the sea restaurants, pier etc. Pavlos was an amazing host that will go out of his way if you need something. We will be back next year...

Unser Aufenthalt war einfach wundervoll! Der Gastgeber hat uns schon vorab sehr herzlich empfangen und uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts unglaublich gut betreut. Er war immer für uns da, hat uns sogar zum Einkaufen gefahren und innerhalb von Minuten auf Nachrichten geantwortet, so viel Hilfsbereitschaft haben wir selten erlebt! Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr schön, super sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir durften sogar früher einchecken, was den Start unseres Aufenthalts noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Der Ort war einfach perfekt gelegen, gut angebunden an die Stadt, aber trotzdem ruhig und idyllisch. Wir hatten unglaublich viel Spaß. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und wären gerne noch länger geblieben.

A wonderful stay all around. Maria was a great host also. The pictures on the listing don't actuall do justice to the view or the house. It is better in person! We arrived and meet up with Maria as agreed, she offered lots of help for things to do, and spots to hit. Prior to arrival, I had also sent her many questions, all of which she answered. All of her responses at arrival, and prior, were representative of reality and useful. The villa is off the beaten path, as listed. You need a car for sure, there is one village to the immediate south, maybe 3 mins away by car where you can find everything you need. The bakery is a must hit...there is always a line up, easy to find. Katsouro restaurant right near the house is also a must hit, as recommended by our host. If you are looking for a local experience, this is the place to go. This is off the beaten path for sure. 40mins from Thessaloniki which has everything a large urban center can provide, and about 40 mins also from Mount Olympus, which is spectular in more ways than one. We had a wonderful holiday in this house! The location was perfect - the house is in a quiet area, but only twenty minutes from the beach, restaurants, shops, the airport, the center of Thessaloniki and two minutes from the water park. The area around the house is very large, so the children had plenty of space to play. The inside of the house was very clean and tidy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners of the house are very responsive and promptly resolved any issues. Our family was greeted very warmly. Ermolaos and his wife Dimitra were very caring. It was a pleasant and unexpected surprise for us when we checked into the house and saw a pie on the table that Dimitra had baked for us! Ermolaos is very friendly and he helped us a lot to adapt and provided a lot of useful information about local restaurants, entertainment and the best beaches. We recommend this house to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay during the holidays.

It was a very pleasant experience, though we had a short stay in Agios Antonios. Daniil and Maya were very kind and the house was indeed nice with large spaces, clean and beautiful views from the huge balcony. The neighborhood is quiet and one can feel the relaxed countryside life. The village itself is close to Thesaloniki and Halkidiki, which makes it perfect location if travelling Northern Greece. We all appreciated Maya's talent, she prepared for us a special dinner, excellent mediteranean salads, delightful desert and an excellent white wine. Daniil has helped and advise us about the best places in Thesaloniki, parking places, historical points of interests, museums and traditional shops. We were in permanent contact and he managed to arrange all the details for a smooth travel experience. In few words great hosts, very nice house, excellent food, good location.

Maria and George were excellent hosts. They stayed in communication with us from the very beginning of the booking. The Villa was very charming and felt very private. It definitely felt like it was off the beaten path. Our kids loved playing in the hot tub and pool, even though the pool was not heated. We were traveling to Turkey to see family and decided to stop in Greece for a few days. We weren’t exactly sure what to expect, but it appears that much of the little beach town closes down after the summer season. We thought there would be more restaurants & cafes within walking distance, but with George’s recommendations, we did find some nice restaurants & cafes in the nearby little town of Nea Kallikrateia. Maria & George welcomed us with a stocked refrigerator & they even offered to cook us a meal! There was a good pizza restaurant that was open in Nea Irakleia that we walked to. We drove to Thessaloniki one day & a stunning beach about 1 1/2 hours away called Kavourotrypes Beach.

très belle propriété. espace piscine formidable ! hôte très réactif et arrangeant. vue imprenable ! maison très soignée et très propre. un seul petit bémol : la 4 ème chambre ne possède pas de porte ; les occupants sont donc réveillés dès que quelqu'un est levé. je recommence sans réserve cette villa.

Am fost un grup de 8 prieteni și am stat o săptămână. Totul a fost impecabil, gazda a fost foarte prietenoasă și chiar ne-a oferit localuri cu mâncare foarte bună și plaje foarte frumoase la care să mergem. Cu siguranță vom mai reveni cu cel mai mare drag. Recomandăm 100%

Tout d’abord, la maison est encore plus fantastique sur place que sur les photos. En effet, à notre arrivée, nous avons été agréablement surpris de la taille, de la beauté, mais surtout de la propreté de cette maison. George est un propriétaire exceptionnel. Dommage qu’il soit impossible de laisser plus de 5 étoiles pour notre avis tant il a rendu notre séjour magique. Très gentil et au petit soin pour ses hôtes, il nous a en effet permis de passer d’excellentes vacances dans son pays. Nous rejoignons tous les précédents commentaires qui saluent la gentillesse de George. Quel bonheur d’avoir des gourmandises fraîches le matin ou encore de pouvoir manger de la salade, venant de son potager ou même d’utiliser son véhicule personnel! Nous avons apprécié le calme de la campagne, la magnifique vue de la maison, mais surtout le fait qu’elle soit fonctionnelle. TOUT est fourni, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Merci encore à George. Nous reviendrons, c’est sur !
