The studio is simple but very well-equipped. Even though I live above (often absent) I remain very discreet and do not access your delimited spaces. The area is very quiet. The highway allows you to visit the Périgord Noir region about 1 hour away via the highway. Sarlat… La Roque Gageac and Beynac can be done on a nice day. Brantome, the Green Venice, is 40 minutes away. You have your terrace with barbecue and electric griddle. Even deer have taken up residence

With 3 beds for up to 5 people, living room with bunk bed, 140 mattress at the bottom, 90 at the top, and a bedroom with a 140 bed. It has all the linens, WiFi and a keybox for self-check-in. Large private parking and a space reserved for this accommodation, large van possible. Quiet, close to nature, 100 m from the greenway and its 86 km of bike paths.
