Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Annapolis

This is a great place to stay and tour the DC Metro area - provided you have a car. Most days it would take us 30 minutes to get to and from DC though if we hit rush-hour, it was as long as an hour. The space is tidy and great. My kids love the pool, though it was a little cold for me-they swam there every night. Jennifer is great to communicate if you have any needs she gets stuff done right away. Note that there is only one bathroom, which can be a pain if you have a full house of six people. The washer and dryer are small so it will take you longer if you’re used to a full size. She had all the cooking methods and appliances available. The theater room has Netflix and Amazon prime ready for you to watch a show. There is even a popcorn maker. We did not use the gym, but it was nice - comparable to a small hotel gym. Property is in the owner’s basement, so there is some sound from upstairs as identified in the listing. Host stays out of your way but is there if you need anything.

Keypad was challenging for me (I’m not the most tech savy person), yet I love it. Very accessible and short drive to places I planned to visit . Parking on street was free and within walking distance to the door of the home. Great price for a nice place to stay. I will be back.

Petit point d’amélioration : les fenêtres ne disposent pas de vrais rideaux occultants, ce qui laisse passer la lumière très tôt le matin (lever du soleil avant 6h00 du matin pendant notre séjour).

Very responsive host. The side yard is very nice for people with dogs that travel. Location is very nice but DC traffic during rush hour can be rough but this can be planned for. Would stay again.

Had a great time! Kathy and wayne was very helpful on suggesting restaurants and things to do. We loved the dock and fishing! They made sure we was right at home when we interacted with. This was a good central place to all we wanted to see, we went to Hersey Pa. Washington dc., The beach(bay) area, Baltimore harbor.

Cute and cozy! I felt right at home. Jordan and Danny are very nice folks, the apartment is very well appointed. There is a dock on the property that I should have spent more time on. The bed was a dream to sleep in and I literally overslept my alarm the first day. You will definitely need a car to get around but the apartment is a 3min drive to Safeway, Walgreens, Starbucks, etc. The neighborhood has a homey feel and the apartment has a homey feel which was my jam. My dog had a little accident but I got some carpet cleaner and let Jordan know and she was very understanding. I would definitely stay here again if I am visiting Kent Island.

This home is right in downtown Annapolis. You can walk to many historic sites, restaurants, and bars. There is no parking, so you must park in one of the garages and walk to the house - but it isn't far. Street parking is limited to 2 hours for non-permit holders. This was one of my favorite airbnbs in Annapolis (and I've stayed in many). It was exactly as pictured/described. It was bigger than expected with lots of space for a larger group. The living room was nice with lots of seating and a large tv. We used the pullout sofa in the second living area and it was super comfortable. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice - great showers and deep soaker tub in the en suite. I slept in the king bed in the back bedroom and it was wonderful. The kitchen and dining area were very nice and we gathered there much of the time. We enjoyed the front porch for morning coffee and evening drinks. The back patio was also another nice space to sit and relax.

Everything was great! Would stay again.

Our first Airbnb and don’t think we’ll ever have a better experience! This wonderful home set a lofty standard for all of our future adventures off the hotel grid. Great communication with the host, offered an early checkin and late checkout. Parking is ideal and location could not be better. My teenage daughters’ tough criteria were easily satisfied. I just said to my wife - “Usually when we get back from vacation we say it feels good to be home. This time we barely noticed a difference.” Thank you for an amazing experience.

Kelly's place was exactly the way she described it & very clean...spotless! Beautiful location on the water! We had a wedding at the Chesapeake Beach Club and it was only a 5 minute ride. Great location! Highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

We had a fantastic experience. The home is full of charm and character. It was spotless upon arrival and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to the waterfront, and plenty of great restaurants and shops. We especially loved how quiet the neighborhood felt despite being so close to downtown. Communication with the host was seamless, check-in was easy, and every detail felt well thought-out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Annapolis.

The description of Joel's Annapolis home is an accurate description of his wonderful home. The most outstanding features of this property are: the waterfront location --> unobstructed panoramic views; serene setting on a quiet street and there are lots of other pluses. The house was super comfortable. Everything was in working order. I appreciated the workout equipment --> not lots of stuff but enough to get some indoor exercise that I like to do each day. Walking up and down the street --> neighbors were all very friendly. The kitchen is fabulous. It only took about 15 to 20 minutes to get to the center of things to do and see in Annapolis. While we did not use much of the outside furniture, the outside furniture is plentiful and looks comfortable. A big thing for us is cleanliness --> the house is immaculate. We will probably make a return trip in the future and would appreciate the opportunity to stay here again.

We had the best time at Kelly and Thomas’ Airbnb. I was raised in Annapolis, but don’t have any family in Maryland anymore. Kelly and Thomas’ Airbnb was the perfect place for me to stay with my 2 kids to give them the perfect experience in Annapolis. The location could not have been better. The parking pass was so helpful. Kelly and Thomas were communicative. This place was recommended to me by another Annapolitan friend who stayed here with her kids and I have a strong feeling we will be back again. I recommend it without hesitation (and my kids do too).

We were in town for Maryland Deathfest. The place was located within walking distance of everything we needed.

Jordan and his place were both amazing. As avid gamers ourselves, this was a walk down memory lane. All linens and kitchen ware were available. You can cast your apps on the Google TVs, which is a huge bonus. There are tons of food places within 5 minutes walking distance and we were able to to walk to the CFG Bank Arena for a show with in 15-20 min. Saves on parking or Uber/Lyft costs. Jordan is extremely responsive and even recommended local eats. They were delicious. Thanm you so much, Jordan. It was a delight having you as a host.

Love this clean calm space-the balcony was wonderful. Mark was super responsive, checked in on us and we had everything we needed-especially in the kitchen. Great location for walking to restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay again!

Ben’s place is exactly as described me and my family enjoyed our stay. I felt right at home, when I’m visiting my sister in the near future I will definitely stay again.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at George’s place. The location was perfect, we weren’t far at all from the attractions we wanted to see. The unit was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean. My favorite area was the patio and my friends enjoyed the shower with the jets after a long day of traveling. I would definitely stay again and recommend highly to anyone visiting DC.

My husband and I came for the Nationals vs Cubs series and the location couldn’t have been better! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Israel was incredibly responsive and helpful, always quick to answer any questions and made check in and check out smooth and hassle free! You can really tell he cares about his guests’ experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located stay!

We had a terrific experience. We were familiar with the area as we lived in Old Town a few years ago so the location was easy for us. If you are unfamiliar with the locations I can tell you it is easily walkable to King Street and many other amenities are nearby. Amanda is a great host - the apartment was perfect for the 2 of us to stay, it was immaculate and was everything she described. Amanda is very responsive, friendly and her directions for accessing the apartment were very clear. We would definitely stay again on a future visit.
