This barn dates back to 1830's but it has been fully renovated to a studio apartment with all modern comforts. It is one open space with living area and two sleeping lofts, one with queen bed, the other with 2 single beds. A bit like a giant cubby house! We really loved our stay , we were visiting friends for a weekend and needed something close by so the location was perfect. The Packing Shed is set on a beautiful location. You feel like you have stepped into a different word with the way Deb has done the interior. There was a welcome basket and we were lucky to have her come and welcome us . Deb went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble. The shops are a few streets away and the restaurants and cafes are very good. Honestly it was a perfect stay and Deb was a perfect host . We will definitely be back .

Gorgeous cottage. Interiors were beautiful, comfortable and luxurious. Great pillows, linen and we all slept so well. Prue and Mathieu are extremely down to earth hosts. We got the chance to meet them and hear a little about their story and beautiful airbnb. My partner and I felt truly lucky to have found this hidden gem. As others have said, the photos do not do justice to the real thing. From the moment we entered from the front gate and into the home, my partner and I were completely mesmerized. Vintage and rustic, the decor and style left us spending the first hours of our stay marveling at the details put into this cozy home. 1000 character review is not EASY which I hope says a lot. MontPierre is the perfect mountain getaway home, and will always be a truly special home in our lives and couldn't be happier where we stayed (she said YES at Botanical Gardens!) and now we're engaged! We highly reccomend MontPierre and will definitely be coming back in the near future. Thank you Prue and Mathieu!

This place is absolutely fantastic and there’s nothing to fault at all! The design of the whole place is well thought out and clean. The location is incredibly beautiful. George, Patrick and Dave were super responsive and helpful with any enquiries we had. It was a wonderful stay overall and my entire family had so much fun, they can not wait to come back already. I had so many friends asking for the Airbnb listing after seeing the pictures of the place so I can only assume how hard it would be to book this place in the future! Honestly, this place was something else. Tucked away in the forest, super peaceful, and absolutely stunning. The castle vibe is real with its quirky, old-world charm, but it’s also really comfortable and spacious enough for a big group. We spent most of our time relaxing by the pool, surrounded by the sound of the trees, or just hanging out in the large living areas. Waking up to the sound of birds and the view of greenery all around felt like a total escape from the city, even though it’s actually not far from some great cafes and bushwalks. The host was lovely and made everything really easy. The place had everything we needed. It was clean, cozy, and such a memorable stay. Would absolutely come back. A hidden gem close to Sydney.

we had a great stay in a lovely home which have everything you'll need. the location is not too good, the neighborhood is nice, but car rides are necessary for trips. if you have a car it was very pleasant for us to explore the blue mountains. I'd definitely recommend it!
