Good & beautiful place one of the best to stay in north goa.

"A Perfect Getaway in Goa!" This was my first time using Airbnb, and I’m so glad I chose this place in Arpora, Goa! From the start, the host was welcoming and super helpful, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The home was exactly as described—modern, spacious, and super cozy. The decor had a perfect blend of Goan charm and contemporary style, and I could tell a lot of thought had gone into the details. The location was also fantastic! Arpora is a peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to explore the best beaches, bars, and restaurants in Goa. I particularly enjoyed the nearby Anjuna and Baga beaches, which were just a short drive away. This being my first Airbnb stay, I was a bit unsure at first, but the whole experience made me feel at ease. A definite place to stay if you're visiting Goa—comfortable, convenient, and the perfect home base for exploring the best of the area!

The stay was very good. Good location and cooperative staff. It is much better in real than it appears in the photos. Overall it was very good. Next time I come to Goa, I will definitely stay here.

My friends and I stayed here for 4 days and it was such a great stay. Ashok Bhaya was helpful and sweet and the house help came everyday to clean up. The AC was chill and the pillows were soft.Had an absolutely smooth time there and would definitely recommend the place again and again to everyone!

Me & my husband stayed at the property at the Holi weekend & it was a really nice expected. Morgim Beach is like 10 steps away & there are some great options for sundowners & meals either side of the property within 5-10 mins. some party places are also within walking distance from the beach The care Taker noor was super helpful & polite. Although, do keep in mind the following before you book 1) Prepaid Taxi / Goa Miles cabs aren't allowed to come all the way to the property always due to some union issue so you migjt have to book the local taxis which are expensive. Noor will help in arranging one within no time. 2) Google map location isn't accurate when you come towards the property so call Noor when you are about to reach the property 3) Lastly , It's a great place just for two though. with Kids , it might feel a little cramped overall, loved the stay & will surely go back again .

Having stayed at this apartment complex before we were well aware about the location and all it offers. Close to local markets, bars and cafés, and a short drive from beaches. The stay was great as it offers the right amount of privacy, comfort and safety. Check-in was smooth as it’s self check-in and we were able to enter in without any issue during evening hours. There is decent parking space available in the building and just outside the main gate. The host is very approachable and helped us resolve the few issues we faced during our stay. The house looked just like the pictures, however a few rounds of deep cleaning may serve well as the place is starting to look of age. All in all a very good stay, would recommend it to others as well.

Best Place u will find , its even better then the pictures …. Very picturesque and aesthetically designed home Highly recommended! Only cons is that its little remote i.e only attraction around is parra road and u can do nothing much by strolling (lesser food options around all 2-3kms away) Minus this things its the best and go ahead booking it without any second thoughts !

The place was as described in the pictures and detailed description. Our caretakers Rubel was very prompt with the requests or issues. Wi-Fi was giving issues in the initial one day due to heavy rainfall and stormy weather but Rubel sorted that out with another connection. Overall hygiene and cleaniness was amazing. House amenities are all well maintained. The balcony view was great and really comfortable to sit especially on the oval swing.

We stayed at an Airbnb Casa Sqeria, Although the standard check-in time was 2:00 PM, we arrived early, around 10:00 AM. Initially, we just planned to leave our luggage and explore the area, but the caretaker, Shubham and Joel were incredibly kind and welcoming. They arranged a temporary room for us to freshen up and rest, which was a thoughtful gesture and made us feel instantly at home. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy. The bathroom was neat and well-maintained, with fresh towels and toiletries provided. We were also given bottled water. The ambience of the place was really beautiful and peaceful perfect for a relaxing getaway. The property had a warm, homely vibe. There were friendly dogs on the premises, as well as some fishes and turtles, which added a charming and lively touch to the stay. On the terrace, there was a small but cozy swimming pool, ideal for a quick dip and relaxation. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and the hospitality truly stood out.

We had a short stay here. The place is well maintained, we are definitely coming back here again for long.

I had a great stay at Meena’s Airbnb! The place was really nice—clean, well-maintained, and stocked with a lot of great amenities that made the stay very comfortable. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful, although there wasn’t much nearby, so it’s best if you have your own transportation or just want a relaxing escape. Overall, a lovely, well-equipped spot hosted by someone thoughtful and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

we had a pleasant stay at the place. The rooms were cozy and clean. It had all the listed amenities. The location was perfect spot in Anjuna. we had a Supermarket just opposite our stay and hotels , Liquor shops in the same street. It was perfect and felt like home.

Had a great stay at Grants place. Nigel and grant were helpful in offering recommendations. The place was clean, very very well equipped for the 2 week stay.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb. My wife, daughter, and I felt like we were in a luxurious home rather than a rental. The apartment was spacious, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally clean. Every detail was taken care of – from the cozy bedrooms to the fully equipped kitchen. It felt warm, welcoming, and elegant all at once. One of the best parts was the building’s swimming pool – clean, serene, and perfect for relaxing after a day out. My daughter absolutely loved it, and we all enjoyed spending time there. The entire place gave us a peaceful, homely vibe with all the comforts of a premium hotel. The host was also very friendly and responsive, ensuring a smooth experience throughout our stay. We had everything we needed and more. We would definitely recommend this place to families or anyone looking for a quiet, luxurious, and memorable stay. Can’t wait to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were extremely helpful and proactively shared all the details, instructions and even recommendations. Super helpful- our flight got delayed, and they were kind enough to accommodate a later check out. Loved our stay.

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

Wonderful stay with all facilities required for my family. Easily reachable shops within vicinity. + I liked everything about my stay at Flamingo stays Riviera Hermitage. The apartment provided to us was very spacious and had all the facilities I needed for me. It was very well maintained And so beautiful Apartment The swimming pool area was such an awesome place to relax. Me and my friends had a wonderful stay at this property. Very serene environment and no parking issues. The host was always available over a call whenever I needed to ask anything. Overall, the apartment is superb and I definitely recommend this Airbnb property to all who want to have a comfortable stay. - None. Everything was perfect.
