Rafael and his wife are super attentive, they were flexible with the arrival and the apartment is quite cozy and has everything you need for your stay. A very positive point is the parking space they have. Oviedo's downtown is easily accessible on foot. Very close to the house there is a shopping center that if you need anything is a step away. Undoubtedly, if I return to Oviedo or the surrounding area, I will repeat the accommodation!

Fernando is a super host, kind and responsible, when he received me, he gave me directions to the apartment and was ready to help with everything, I am impressed by how committed and detail-oriented he is with cleanliness, he is clear that a clean and tidy environment is the secret to well-being and happiness, thank GOD for allowing Fernando to be my host and make my stay in Oviedo a wonderful experience, new, different but with the comforts of home, for Fernando a 100 out of 10

Had a great stay at Maria’s place! She’s friendly, responds quickly, and keeps in relaxed contact throughout. Lovely house with a pool, hot tub, and games – something for everyone. Great location close to the city. Highly recommended!

The house is exceptional, new, modern and very comfortable. The location is also very good, in the middle of the countryside but just 5 minutes from Oviedo. The house is very quiet with views of cows, donkeys and chickens. It deserves five stars but being a new house, it has the typical expansion noises although they don't bother too much. Baltasar is amazing and attentive, you can find him available in the house next door.
