This is a great place to stay. Each of the 2 bedrooms and accompanying bathrooms was huge, as was the front living room area. There is a smaller study room with 2 single beds, although technically not a bedroom b/c it doesn't have a closet or window shades. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, and the front and back patios are delightful. There were 3 beach chairs and plenty of beach towels + large clothes washer & dryer. Wifi was excellent. A/C great too. Communication with Rochelle and her concierge team (Aline & Katie) was excellent - Katie was terrific and responsive. Fruit punch and chips & salsa, and a few bottles of water at check-in was very thoughtful. The bedrooms face east and have blackout curtains on the patio glass doors, but side windows are not covered, so they are not completely dark and get some morning light. The neighborhood is low-key, safe and mostly quiet, although if you are sensitive to noise, you might want earplugs for the roosters in the morning.

Very nice apartment equipped with everything, including beach gear. Debbie was always very nice and approachable. Convenient area to get around, with parking inside the courtyard for the car. It was a bit difficult to find, but Debbie was very nice and responsive to let us pick us up and take us to the exact address.

This was truly the nicest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in, and we travel the world! We were hoping it would be as beautiful as it looked in the photos, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. The space is open, modern, and thoughtfully designed. It really has everything you could need, from a brand-new BBQ grill to every kitchen supply imaginable. The bathroom fixtures are high-end and beautifully done, reflecting the overall quality and care put into the home. The ocean view is simply stunning. Waking up to that every day was a dream. The housekeepers were incredibly friendly and even set up a beach chair and umbrella for us daily, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We will definitely be back—and highly recommend this incredible spot to anyone considering a stay in Sandy Ground!

My family and I had the pleasure of returning to Anguilla for the first time in 28 years, a special trip commemorating the engagement of my parents on this beautiful island. This private, quiet, and stunning property provided the perfect sanctuary while still being conveniently located near all the attractions and amenities we wanted to explore. The hosts were exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and more, promptly answering every question we had and offering valuable local tips. Their attention to detail and genuine care made our visit truly memorable. Overall, our Airbnb experience in Anguilla was outstanding. The combination of a beautiful, serene property and attentive hosts made our reunion unforgettable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful and enjoyable stay on the island.

This condo is located in the peaceful neighborhood of Sandy Hill, with a picturesque view of the ocean. My mother traveled with us on this trip and we were happy that the host made special efforts to ensure her comfort. The first morning we were treated to some delicious pastry fresh from a popular bakery. We got a lot of information about places to visit and how to get around. No place is too far or unreachable. The condo was clean, well kept, neat and attractive with adequate linen, dishes, pots for cooking and binoculars for better viewing. Being on the upper level however, may make the stairs a bit challenging for some. Added to the beautiful view and refreshing sound of the waves washing the shoreline, the condo has access to the rooftop where we were able to relax privately at night and absorb the tranquility of the skies. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Thank You.

My husband and I had the good fortune of staying at Susanne’s beach house for a destination wedding at Malliouhana. In true New Yorker fashion we made the mistake of thinking we could cab ourselves to and fro from wedding activities not realizing how long of an Island Anguilla is. Just 1 cab ride in was all it took for Susanne to make some phone calls, secure us a rental car, and then drive us all the way to it herself. There’s hosting and then there’s what Susanne did for us - going out of her way to ensure that our time on Anguilla wasn’t spent worrying about taxis. Not to mention - when then I left my headphones at her place she hand delivered them to the boat captain going out on the next ferry to St. Martin who returned them to me! Susannes place is perfect. Clean and spacious for two with all the amenities you could ask for. We were honored to be the first ones to use the beautiful new gravel driveway and meet her wonderful partner! 11 out of 10 would recommend :)

We had a wonderfully relaxing month long stay at the Flamboyant Garden Villa at Sandy Hill. The views were spectacular and the owner & property manager were very helpful and gracious. The villa is within walking distance of Sandy Hill Bay, a great place for snorkeling and playing in the water. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed for a week just before Christmas. The charming, West Indian style house is in a great location. While the house has a/c, we did not use it. Instead we used the ceiling and pedestal fan at night. Most nights we ended up turning the pedestal fan off after a bit because we were too cold. There weren't a lot of bugs, but we kept the doors closed because we didn't think the mosquito netting would keep the bugs out. Great view from the porch to St. Martin/Maarten. Got up most mornings for a quick drive to Rendezvous Bay. Our favorite restaurant was The Sand Bar. Pretty good rice and beans at Elvis. Village Bake House is the place for breakfast and sandwiches.

This was a delightful cottage by the sea. It had great views that drew you outside whenever you walked by. It had ample space and was close to local attractions, but still very private. A great location with a communicative and kind host!

"Cozy Cottage" adjacent to beach, bars & restaurants. Great host supplied us with fruit & beverages in the fridge. Comfortable furnishing and feels like you are living in someone's house with spices, coffee and microwave popcorn in the kitchen. Rent a car for touring the island, driving to some amazing beaches, getting groceries and shopping. Full-sized washer / dryer was a plus. Plenty of linens, beach towels, beach chairs & convenient hose outside to wash off the sand coming back from the beach.

this was our 3 rd time staying in one of Debra's places and everything was excellent as usual, thanks again Debra we will be back

My family and I could not have had a better vacation! Scott’s house was just as described, spotless and everything you could possibly want for an amazing stay on Anguilla and Shoal Bay East. We can’t wait to return! Thank you again for everything, Scott!

This house is in a beautiful and quiet location on the island near Shoal Bay beach. The yard around the house is beautiful and so is the view from the house along the coast towards Shoal Bay. We greatly enjoyed our time at the house - highly recommend.

Richard was an excellent host, very communicative before and during our stay, extremely accommodating and kind when we had a last minute scheduling issue due to illness...definitely one of the best hosts we've had in our many airbnb stays! The villa was also great, top floor suite is wonderful with a private rooftop balcony overlooking the water, and balcony and views from the main floor are also amazing!! The kitchen is very well stocked, had everything we needed and more. This villa was the perfect place to start and end each day in Anguilla. There is also a great little spot that makes delicious fresh seafood pasta right up the street (called Lime Keel, perfect for takeout to enjoy at the villa), and other good restaurants hidden in plain site in the town of Island Harbour and throughout the island.

We are extremely satisfied with the hospitality provided by the Properties Concierge team, who demonstrated a willingness to go above and beyond to assist us. We extend our special thanks to Jacob and Mars for their exceptional service. Based on our experience, we wholeheartedly recommend staying at this establishment.

Lisa's condo was very spacious and meticulously clean. It is quiet with incredible ocean views. Kitchen had a complimentary 5 gallon water jug and starter kitchen basics. Lisa was very responsive to our questions and even found a reputable children's agency that would rent a pack n play for our son. The only negative is a terrible bumpy unpaved 0.5 miles of a back road leading to the condo: use a high profile SUV if you must. Otherwise, we loved staying in this home away from home.

We had a wonderful stay at this location. Since we wanted to explore the island, we rented a car. However, with this location, you don’t really need one because you’re right on the beach, and restaurants are within walking distance. I highly recommend trying Ocean Echo Restaurant, which is less than a five-minute walk from Turtle’s Nest. The food is absolutely wonderful from breakfast to dinner. At Turtle’s Nest, we had a small issue with the master bed feeling hard. As soon as I brought it to the attention of the cleaning staff, they rectified it swiftly by providing a foam mattress topping. I was very pleased with their quick response. They were friendly each day. I strongly recommend this place and would definitely return if it’s available when we decide to come back to Anguilla.

We stayed at the prime condo in Turtle's Nest, first floor on the beach, far left with a private (unheated) pool. Our pool deck was on the beach with our own private lounge chairs. Top notch location with fabulous beach views and access. The condo has two bedrooms. The large master bedroom with ensuite was not private. It has a swinging 1/2 saloon door that you could see through and over. This would not allow privacy if four people were staying at the condo. It was perfect for my husband and me because it was just the two of us. The back bedroom was small, and dark, without a view. The bathroom was not attached. Perfect for sleeping soundly but a second adult couple might be disappointed. Staff was welcoming and daily cleaning service a bonus. Snorkel gear to borrow and rum punch at 5 pm. The condo was outdated but pleasantly furnished. The pictures were a good representation. We would rent this condo again. It seems we overpaid for this unit or it rents at a significant premium.

This was our second time staying at Turtles Nest. The oceanfront condos are right on the beach with amble windows and the view is gorgeous. Turtles Nest sits in the center of Meads Bay in the absolute most perfect spot. There are so many walkable restaurants on the beach. We had a great time we will be back The extra amenity of the washer and dryer is nice. The rooms are very spacious. The temperature control is for each individual room, which is also nice. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The room is cleaned every day. We had more than enough towels and linens. There is coffee and pastry shop next door. There’s drink and food service all day on the beach by Straw Hat. There is also a rum punch social every day at 5pm for all the guests. You don’t feel like you are paying a premium for amenities you do not need. This was a perfect vacation for our family.

When visiting Anguilla, look no further than Tranquility Beach! These beachfront condo was everything we imagined. Pictures/videos does this beauty no justice. Perfect ambience as the decor is modern while still having the touch of the Caribbean. Enjoyed waking up in the mornings to a pristine light blue water beach before ever lifting my head from my pillow. Steps from the quiet beach. The staff are all amazing and treat you like family instead of tourists. All your needs, reservations, bookings, etc are taken care of as soon as you inquire within the staff. You’re placed in a WhatsApp group chat and whatever you need is provided literally in minutes!
