The apartment is well organized. Cooking utensils, a very useful microwave and a large refrigerator. The stove is not very modern. Good shower. It was very easy to find the property and pick up the key at the front desk. Perfect space to work with fast and stable internet. Safe, clean and quiet building. Beautiful view of the city from the balcony. All kinds of shops within walking distance. Good AC. The bed is comfortable. Eduardo is attentive and the stay went smoothly.

The lagoon is super close and beautiful. If you're looking for something to share as a family, this place is highly recommended. If you are looking for a romantic getaway and something more intimate or more private, I recommend evaluating it since Mrs. Carmen lives right there on the top floor of the loft…. Access was super easy to get, but you have to go by car to access the condominium.
