The space is as described and photographed: it is very clean, perfectly equipped, lots of storage. The apartment is well arranged and decorated with taste. The neighborhood and residence are very quiet and well secured. The parking space is a real plus. Check-in was able to take place in a very accommodating way for us. Everything was impeccable!

Very well located accommodation, 15 minutes' walk to Biarritz. Marie was very accommodating regarding check-in and was responsive when I needed help. The terrace is really a plus as well as the parking space! I recommend it without hesitating!

Marie is extremely welcoming and her apartment is in a perfect state of cleanliness, really impeccable, there is nothing to complain about, it was so clean when we arrived. The apartment is on the ground floor of his house, but perfectly independent and not overlooked. The terrace is lovely. Everything is designed to make you feel good, including brochures from the Tourist Office provided. The location is ideal for wandering around the surrounding cities. It's great value for money and I'm thrilled to have been able to stay at Marie's.

Excellent stay, the rental was perfect, exactly as advertised. Very quiet, close to beaches, restaurants, bakery nearby… The welcome was very good, everything was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful time at Siana and Simon's place. It was beautiful, comfortable, and well located. It was quite easy getting the bus to Bayonne, and the beach. Checking in was very easy. We had such a dreamy holiday — leaving to come back home was the only difficult thing during our trip! Merci pour tous — Siana et Simon.

Thanks to Frederique for hosting us and for her responsiveness. Very nice location on the edge of the Chiberta golf course, a stone's throw from the Pignada and the ocean. Very well-equipped and clean apartment. Small, well-equipped garden also with umbrella, quiet plancha. I recommend it…

from the beginning to the end, everything was perfect and more with the instructions given. In our case, for work reasons, it was very close to it and the best thing was the parking inside the facility. Well soundproofed and everything is very clean. Generous with towel sets. Stay: 2 nights in May 2025 Maxime's apartment matched the photos perfectly and the satisfaction was complete: - clarity and precision of instructions before arrival, - accessibility of the apartment and self-check-in (which I personally prefer), - Maxime's high responsiveness to any questions asked, - layout (very well distributed space and plenty of storage) and decoration of the apartment, perfectly to our liking, - cleanliness of the place, - quality of services offered: the shower is very large, the dressing room is very practical (allows you to keep the apartment tidy), the kitchen and living room are great. A very good bakery and two supermarkets are nearby. We immediately felt "at home" and would have gladly extended our stay. We will definitely go back to Maxime's during our next stay in the Basque Country, Anglet having the advantage of being between Bayonne and Biarritz.

we spent 10 amazing days... relaxing quiet rest... beautiful walks for the dog and great location for fishing lovers...... Charlotte is a fantastic host – warm, attentive, and always available. The apartment is beautiful, lovingly furnished, and the terrace is perfect for relaxing. The absolute highlight was the use of the sauna and the hot tub – simply amazing! I felt completely comfortable and would love to come back. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!
