Simply a great place to stay. We were there to fish Lake of the Woods, and it’s about 20 minutes from the Zipple Bay SP boat ramp.

Great place to stay!

We had the best time staying at David's place! The location was ideal for us being close to Warroad and the lake and the house comfortably fit all of our guests. The house is bigger than what it appears in the pictures! Plenty of bedrooms upstairs for people to spread out and have their own space and plenty of space downstairs to cook for a large group and to hang out -- the weather was beautiful so we spent most of our time outside! There was a Blackstone and grill on site which was super handy and the garage fridge and fish cleaning station was also great to have! We loved staying here and so did our out of town guests!
