The accommodation is as described and pleasant. Close to the center and tram, it's very convenient to get around. Spacious, bright and not too noisy despite the fact that it is located along an avenue. The value for money is unbeatable.

The stairs to the 2nd floor are a bit narrow, otherwise the place was nicely renovated. You can hear the tram from the street, but did not bother us further. The hosts also offered us a locked parking space for our bikes, which we found very nice. Price/performance was therefore great!

Killian was quick to respond to my requests before booking and gave very clear instructions for access to the apartment. I spent one month in the apartment, working remotely as a change from Ireland which was still very much in COVID lockdown. I could not have been luckier with the apartment, the beautiful building and garden, the town of Saumur and with Christiane as my landlady. I had a very, very special time there- the apartment and building is timeless, beautiful, safe and tranquil. It’s location is perfect in the old town of Saumur. Christiane was the most wonderful, welcoming person who is spent some quality time with and it was an honour to get to know her. It was a fantastic place to call home when I was there. And I have taken back some really wonderful memories. I miss it already. Thank you Christiane!

One-night stay, I was perfectly welcomed by Cédric, who is a very friendly, very responsive and very accommodating host! The accommodation is rather well located, on the edge of Maine and close to the city center. The neighborhood is very quiet. I highly recommend if you want to discover Angers!
