The one room apartment lies in the center of Munich and is only 5min walk from the metro station Prinzregentenplatz. The apartment is 48m2 big and fully equipped with all you need! It has a separate big very spacious bathroom. The apartment is fully equipped and has also a balcony with electrical blinds. Below the apartment is a big grocerie store (Edeka)and a bakery which makes shopping super convenient. Nearby are many restaurants and some cafes. To the Center it takes you 4 stations (8min).
