We had a great experience at Beena's Airbnb in Ernakulam. It is a beautiful, spacious, clean and cozy house. Beena was a wonderful, understanding and friendly host. She helped us with all our enquires and made sure our stay was comfortable. We felt as if we are staying in our own home while in this Airbnb. Being surrounded by lake added a unique charm that made the experience even more special. The ambience was serene and relaxing—perfect for a getaway. Great Place to stay, and owner is so humble and helpful

We recently stayed at this wonderful Airbnb property in Kochi during our campus immersion program at IIM Kozhikode’s Kochi campus.. The host was incredibly flexible, friendly, and humble, making our stay smooth and comfortable. The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and perfectly suited to our needs. Very peaceful location, easy to find the place and check-in, unfortunately we didn't had much time to utilise the space, but it's worth staying. only -ve is that the place has no hot water facility

This is hands down the best Airbnb experience we have had. The warmth and affection Viji Chechi showed made us feel like we were staying at a home away from home. By the end of our stay, she felt like one of our family members. Another great thing about this property other than its stunning infrastructure,space and warm host is that it is pet friendly. The place looks exactly as in the images, host and chetta works there, both are very good and helpful in keeping us comfortable. the only thing we felt bit annoying is songs played on nearby church all over the night, but that is ok because it almost Christmas time. there is a boat ride at door step unfortunately we didn't took it. give it try if you hosting get-together/ family party/ friends party best place.

The property is maintained well and have all the amenities. The road to reach the property is narrow at some places. It's walkable distance from the beach, but far away from the main cherai beach. The pool was quite big enough for a small group of 6. The caretaker was also so attentive and helpful. Only thing we felt not okay was about the water in pool. It felt slimy and our lips tasted little sour after getting out of the pool.

Waking up to the view of Arabian Sea, spending hours warchng the swarming backwaters with cruise boats, and ships from the bedroom day&night, located at the heart of the city, bustling yet peaceful location, aesthetically designed interiors....I cn keep listing the pros of this property... but what mattered the most is the serenity and calmness I felt being in there...Wud never miss an opportunity to get bk in there again. And a special thanks to the hosts, had a beautiful time with my family without any hassles of chk-in/chk-outs or any other issues.. Dont miss it folks, worth every penny we pay :)

It is an extremely serene and calm place. It was perfect for our family getaway and apt for our occasion. 2 caretakers helped us with everything and were very responsive whenever a need arose. It was a great space.

We were a family of 20 and had gone to the place with a tempo traveler. There was enough space for parking and extra beds were provided to accommodate everyone comfortably.

Worth for Money! Absolutely clean and new property with all amenities which makes you feel at home. Eg of some rare amenities - Coffee maker, toaster, fridge with instant ice, dish washer , BBQ, Swiming pool with filter, private parking space, TV with all OTT like Prime, Netflix , Hotsar etc. Overall Denson responsive time was also good and a great host. Only improvement could be an availablity of a cook. Great choice of stay for Family or Friends with Families.

Stayed here for 3 days and The stay was amazing, can't praise the beautiful riverview enough. It was exactly as shown in the photographs. The host was super helpful, had helped us coordinate with our swiggy/zomato orders even at 12am and helped us with everything we needed. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and we had a great experience staying there. Ammachi's breakfast (Idly, Dosa and Puttu-Kadala curry) was the cherry on top of the cake! Really looking forward to be back there.

The place is extraordinary, silent and calm. It was very clean and athira was very responsive towards question. We really enjoyed the stay.

From the moment we arrived, Param and Jaya made us feel at home with their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality. They went above and beyond, providing thoughtful complimentary essentials, and sharing fantastic local sightseeing tips, and must-try delicacies. The place stays true to the listing and pictures, with an immaculate kitchen stocked with everything that you need. Joy and Nebel, the caretakers, were always just a phone call away and consistently helpful and kind throughout our stay. The entire experience felt personal and heartfelt, and it’s clear the hosts take great pride in creating a memorable stay for their guests. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and connected—and already talking about our next visit. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this place—it looks exactly like the photos, if not better! The atmosphere was peaceful and private, making it perfect for spending quality time with friends and family. The space was cozy, and we had a great night’s sleep. Caretaker Victor was very helpful, especially with setting up the barbecue fire, which helped us a lot. The only small downside was the absence of soap and shampoo in the bathroom, but everything else was spot on. Highly recommended for a quiet and relaxing getaway!

It was a wonderful property. neat clean and absolutely perfect place to spent time in Kerala. Gijo was really helpful, he took care for all the things and ensured that our trip is comfortable, really thankful to him. the property is little far from city but once you reach here you can experience really Kerala.
