Located in the sunny medieval village of Cervoles (1,200 m), it is ideal for hiking, mountain biking, yoga, meditation, swimming in mountain lakes and birdwatching. A perfect retreat to disconnect and enjoy nature all year round.

1 km from Luchon, in the heart of the small pastoral village of Montauban-de-Luchon, 76 m2 renovated "mountain spirit" all-wood barn, with 35 m2 living room open to the century-old chestnut tree and the Superbagnères mountains. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. Charming 1778 house, restored while preserving its original character. Its thick stone walls create a quiet and cozy atmosphere, ideal for unwinding. Located near Ordesa y Monte Perdido National Park, it is perfect for enjoying nature. The area offers a wide variety of hiking, biking, trail running, and motorcycle road trails. Not recommended for infants or young children due to original features of the house.
