Beautiful Airbnb! Everything in the Airbnb was very well thought out. The host was super nice and always quick to respond. My only regret was not spending more time here!

What an idyllic farmhouse and property! We had a wonderful couple of days at this lovely home. The house was perfectly appointed and full of historic charm. We really enjoyed the pool, playing in the yard and having a fire with s’mores after dinner. Elizabeth was a very easygoing and kind host. She was so generous and made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Our group of 7 had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, spacious, and welcoming. Location was perfect for our trip. Thank you for having us! We will look at Heidi’s place first when we come back next year.

My family really enjoyed our stay at Justin's Cozy Lakefront Cottage on Little Sebago. It was exactly as advertised - a cozy lakefront cottage. We especially enjoyed the paddle boards, kayaks and a canoe (and plenty of life jackets) , as well as the dock and floating pier. This access made it easy to enjoy the lake all day. And the view of the stars from the dock at night was incredible. We enjoyed listening to the loons at night, and had many fabulous meals on the screened in porch. The inside of the cabin is very cozy and there are games to play and books to read. Justin gave us many great recommendations for places to enjoy in the area. In particular, we liked the lobster rolls at Fishermen's Catch and everything from The Good Life. It was easy to make day trips to Portland and Freeport. Overall, this was a very relaxing trip and everyone from age 12 to 60 thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Justin has thought of everything for you to have a wonderful vacation.

Beautiful quiet retreat on the water. My daughter loved jumping off the dock. Nice outdoor area with gas grill, plenty of seating, fire pit. We loved the canoe as well, very easy to get in/out of the water.

We loved our time here. The house was clean, well stocked and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great for paddling while we were there, but that’s where it was so nice to have the sauna to use. The driveway is steeper than we’re used to but it was easy to navigate, especially since it’s on a quiet road with very little traffic. We would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful escape in the woods.

Our family had a great time! Our host was very responsive and attentive, we felt taken care of and at home in this location. Our kids did not want to leave this beautiful home, we would love to come back again in warmer weather.

A very unique home, lots of nooks and crannies, different sitting areas and 2 kitchens. We used the entire home for our family visit to Maine. It was very roomy and spacious, 7 people were comfortable. We enjoyed the history of the home and how they are working to keep that same era feel. The location is great, center of town and close to everything, the tourist area and the back road areas. We enjoyed the local antique shops and diners. The hosts were nice and helpful.

This is a comfortable, convenient home close to Bates College. Very easy to get to, comfortable beds, nice living area with large TV, nice deck. We enjoyed our stay here very much. Kety and Charley were always responsive to questions and very nice.

This place was such a great find. Me and some friends and teammates come to the area every year for an equestrian event. After bouncing around locations for the last few years this was definitely a winner! It’s such a cute house, very clean, and steps away from the water. Phil was one of the best hosts I’ve ever communicated with - and on top of all this, the price was wonderful! We will definitely look to stay here again next May. Thank you, Phil!

Lovely old colonial— large, pretty bedrooms. It was bigger than we needed. Everything was spotless. Quiet neighborhood, even though houses were close together. This house has a huge fenced back yard. Everything we needed was only 5 minutes away. Restaurants, groceries, gas stations, bakeries, etc. Easy to get anywhere. My sisters and I really enjoyed our stay. And the host was very responsive to any questions we had. We had a great time.

This is a beautiful home in a picturesque location. It comfortably fit us with our adult children for a week together. Wifi was strong for remote work. Has was as described and pictured.

We stayed at Louise's listing while attending a wedding at The Vista of Maine Winery and Cidery. It was so peaceful, there was tea for us to enjoy while unwinding, and the whole place brought us back to some of our favorite childhood memories up in Maine. Would definitely recommend for someone who wants to unplug and enjoy the quiet!

Peaceful & quiet as advertised. Interior was clean & well appointed. Amenities, particularly the boating/beach gear, as described & in very good condition. Very easy access to the waterfront, however the path is somewhat steep and elderly guests in particular may want to be cautious going up and down. Very quiet neighborhood and the dirt road is in very good condition and easily drivable.

This home was beautiful and updated. It was quiet and peaceful and nice access to the water. Meagaan was also very responsive and respectful in communication.

Our stay at Kayla’s lake house was awesome! The house is roomy, yet very cozy and welcoming and we felt right at home. The home is equipped with everything you could ever imagine needing and more. The deck is spectacular…overlooks the lake and has plenty of seating and a table for outdoor dining. It’s a great place to have your morning coffee and watch the lake wake up! The beach area is perfect for small children…sandy and shallow. The dock was great for our boat too. I can’t say enough positive things about this home. Kayla was the perfect hostess…answered emails immediately and always had great advice and suggestions. Even the neighbors were very friendly and welcoming! It was the perfect vacation…we hope to return again next year! Thank you so much Kayla and Mike for allowing us to use your beautiful home!

Beautiful house and beautiful location. Very comfortable for two families with kids. The pond is gorgeous and perfect for swimming and kayaking. Saw bald eagles and minks and loons from the dock. A relaxing and wonderful space.

calm,clean, comfortable,cozy and full of wonderful decor, collectibles from around the world. every room and walls had something interesting to see. I don't want to leave out the great pond area with kayaks, fire pit supplied with wood. Great swimming and moon watching hilighted by the ghostly loons at dusk. highly recommend.
