⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had the most amazing stay at Barnard’s place! Everything was absolutely perfect — clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need. We were traveling with kids, and it was such a family-friendly space that made all of us feel right at home. The little touches made a big difference and helped keep everyone comfortable and happy throughout our stay. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and relaxing. The location was great, and the comfort of the space truly made it feel like a home away from home. We honestly didn’t want to leave and are already planning our next visit. As soon as we can, we’ll be back — no question about it. Thank you for making our trip so special!

We loved staying at Susanne's place! The home is quite big and spacious with high ceilings. The location is excellent and walkable to everywhere in Zona Colonial. The kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the many fans around the house because it was super hot in DR! The A/Cs in the bedroom were excellent and they do get nice and chilly (always remember to keep all doors and windows closed). The washer/dryer were wonderful to have (although be a little careful as it is right next to the beautiful pool). Susanne was helpful and always ready to help (e.g. offering to bring additional equipment when the wifi wasn't strong in the dining room area). It was also a nice touch to have cleaning service stop by one day. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. We also felt very safe. A little noise on some nights from next door music but nothing too bad. Bathrooms were spacious (hot water always came back even when shower was running for a little while). Highly recommend! Beautiful home!

Incredible location, literally 20 second walk to Maraca, a great restaurant I ended up eating at twice while I was there. Corner store 30 seconds away in the opposite direction for drinks, etc. super cool architecture and pool area was peaceful. Ice cold AC in bedroom I stayed in. Few notes, city is working on the street, so must be dropped at a corner, which is only 30 seconds walk to unit. Water unexpectedly was out the last day, wasn’t the hosts fault and they were extremely accommodating and helpful. Would stay there again.

Carlos' Villa is stunning. Looks better in person than in photos. The rooms have ample space to fit your family/friends group trips and pretty much every indoor space has AC. The pool/slide/minibar outside is superb as well. The BBQ and bluetooth speakers (one inside and one outside) are great amenities that were used too. I would definitely come again.

Just got back from our vacation and it literally was the best vacation I’ve had thus far. The air conditioners in the bedrooms were cool and I didn’t know there was 2 FULL bathrooms AND 2 balcony’s! It was so cute and comfortable and clean. The host was very responsive and active and we had everything we needed. The pool was nice even though it was kind of green but we still used it. The location is near a lot of restaurants and supermarket and colmados which are my favorite. Can’t wait to go back in October!

My stay exceeded my expectations. FIXIE Lofts is truly a Gem in such a beautiful and historical area. The Loft was so beautiful and cozy. I especially enjoyed the open areas within the property. I also felt safe and secure. Thank you to Shakira for being helpful as well.

Excellent place, really everything is very good, better than in the photos, very comfortable, really 18 minutes from the airport, very comfortable bed, all the necessary utensils for cooking, the entrance is very easy and the neighborhood is safe and quiet

I am very happy to have chosen this apartment for my stay in Santo Domingo, it is a very private, safe and comfortable place. It is equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable and pleasant stay. The apartment is super decorated and well maintained, all the appliances are new and work perfectly, the air conditioning is perfect, and it has a power plant, in case of a power outage in the sector. About the host, I can tell you that she has 1000 stars in communication and customer service, 100% support during your stay in any situation that arises, while you are staying at her Airbnb. Perfect location, close to all the malls and entertainment centers in Santo Domingo. If I return to the Dominican Republic, I would definitely stay in this beautiful and comfortable apartment.
