The cabin is located by a river and water. The canoe can be used freely if you want to paddle in the river. Kjerringnesvannet is salmon-bearing water and you can fish in the water if you buy a fishing license. The cabin is located in the forest with lots of great hiking areas near the cabin and around Vesterålen.

My place is close to great views, the beach, art and culture, and restaurants and eating places. You'll love my place because of the central location in the Vesterålen region, Lofoten and Harstad, the kitchen, the outdoor area, the neighborhood, the light, the comfortable bed. My place is good for couples, lone travelers, and furry friends (pets). It is also a quiet and peaceful area, without the big traffic noise as this is not by the main road. Quiet neighborhood.

Leiligheten er 47 kvm og ligger sørvendt, ingen bebyggelse mot sør. Nærhet til turløype med lys. Meget rolig strøk. Man ser tydelig nordlys fra huset i klar vær. På nordsiden ligger Andenes sentrum i gangavstand ca 20min. Fem minutter tar det at gå til nærmeste matbutikk. Hvalsafari turer ut fra Andenes havn, to avganger per dag. Vi tillater husdyr da vi selv har to snille Samojedhunder i oppe i andre etage, hundene er selvsagt ikke i nærheten av leiligheten.

Private entrance, bathroom, single kitchen,bed(180) NB! 2 meters ceiling height! The apartment must be cleaned by the guest. Bed linen is provided and removed after use. Holiday house (2015) for all year use next to the sea on the Hadsel island. Right by secluded beach facing spectacular mountains, perfect for hiking, fishing or just slow living under the midnight sun or northern lights. Wood-fired sauna (extra cost) and two small canoes (not in use autumn/winter) for guests. Several design classics from the 1960's and selected personal objects give the house a distinct look and atmosphere.

Several kilometers of forest roads for walking. In winter, we have created a suitable fire pit to enjoy the Northern Lights that often beautifully dances across the sky.
