Gina's place is a lovely house and she is an attentive and helpful host. I like that the house is within walking distance to everything.

The beginning was problematic, a neighbor had to wait for us until 10:30 PM because of the key, as it was not accessible in a box with a code, as indicated in the ad. We liked the house very much. Especially how clean everything was! Our main wish was fulfilled: the northern lights danced across the sky. We were even lucky a couple of times. The island is interesting, now in October colorfully colored with the view of the rugged snow peaks all around. The facilities of the Space Center are also exciting. Shopping in Andenes is not a problem, unfortunately there is no tourist information anymore. Actually, October is not a good time to travel: the big whale watching boat takes a break (contrary to the information on their homepage), the RIB boats often do not sail because of too high waves. Fantastic clouds, the sight of the waves and the wonderful landscape made up for it. Also, the magnificent conservatory with the spectacular panoramic view is more suitable for warmer months.

The location was great, it was very peaceful and beautiful and the beach was nearby. Unfortunately the weather was rainy when we visited. The house itself was very cozy, miniature and had a vintage style. There were a lot of sheep nearby which was fun. The stairs to the second floor was quite low so mind your head 😀 All the necessities were there and the beds were comfortable. A big bonus for us was the electric car charger. We hiked nearby to Måtind and the views there were spectacular.

We stayed 3 nights and everything went very well. Ola was very professional active and he left us a lot of useful information in a book of arrival. We would highly recommend it!

To stay at Håvard's place is a treat. You will live in an authentic farm house where every little corner has been set up to store things. This has been by far one of the most beautiful places I have ever been to. Strongly recommended.

House of Hulda is tucked away in a dune area near several beaches, is aesthetically beautiful renovated and decorated and has a spectacular 360 degree view. The peaceful atmosphere around the house is soothing. The energy in the house is so calm and light, and it was neat and clean. And equipped with everything you need for a carefree stay. The small community is very friendly! Andoya is like no other island, with sometimes four seasons passing by in one day and endless sea-sunsets this time of year. There are countless hiking opportunities nearby. The communication with host Mariëll was helpful and very pleasant. I had a very mindful time with my dogs and I simply will miss this place so much!

Our stay was great. The place looks like from a magazine with the colors and decoration. We were lucky to have amazing weather and we got to enjoy the outdoor spaces as well. We were five adults and one 2-yo and the house was just the right size. Martine and Andreas were super friendly and responsive. The location was great for us, close to the beach the shop, the pub, the cafe and the playground. 100% recommended!

Great home with plenty of room. Incredibly great to sit at the kitchen table and watch the hares bounce around. There were 7 of us in the house without this causing us to walk on top of each other.

Very great house centrally located with short distance to the beach and store. Spacious house for a large family. Rich kitchen with everything needed. Very convenient with 2 bathrooms. Large nice plating in the back with outdoor furniture and fire pit. We had a great time at the house.

Your accommodation was fantastic and allowed us to really enjoy our time in Andoya. It left us with memories that will stay with us forever. Thank you for allowing us to stay there.

Nice accommodation with everything you need. We were here for a month and everything was fine. The accommodation was clean, the location is very quiet. Internet worked without a problem (I worked remote, online meetings was no problem). There are several shops and a gas station nearby. There is beautiful nature in the area. Host (Kai) was friendly and quickly responded to my questions.

We had an amazing stay at Olsenhuset. Dice roll 6. A great location with beautiful views of the beach and midnight sun. The house was clean, tidy and nicely decorated and contained everything we needed. We got all the info from the host Cato, who was also incredibly welcoming and easy to get in touch with. Lots of nice hikes in the surrounding area, nice activities such as the grouse/eagle safari and with the beautiful beach right outside the door. A super cozy convenience store with a café where you can get everything you need and it is 2 min away. Absolutely perfect. We had a wonderful stay in every way and highly recommend it.

The cabin was a dream to be in. Far away from any hustle and bustle and chaos almost right by the sea. The meter-high snow made it even more romantic. Gladly again.

We stayed at Simon's cabin for 2 days to participate in the Waltour and enjoy the separation. Both were great and we enjoyed it very much. The communication with Simon was friendly and always timely and we got helpful support when checking in! That you have to go to the forest to pee and there is no running water was no problem for us and we got along well. Great spot!

Comfortable, cozy cottage right by the ocean. Everything you need to prepare your own meals from the local market, as dining out on the island is quite limited. Look forward to staying again on our next trip.

Beautiful surroundings. The jacuzzi was placed in a way that it was a private area. Clean and nice, very cozy.

Lisa's house was really nice and even much better and bigger than the photos expected. Bathrooms were big and luxurious. Communication was quick and smooth.

Very, very nice and new accommodation. Wonderful views of the fjord and the mountains. Very spacious accommodation with the best amenities, even the kitchen! Warm in winter, fireplace for a cozy atmosphere and sauna for relaxation. Any time again, thank you very much!

Jarle and Kirsten have been wonderful hosts, Sharing their private Holiday Home. It s located ca 20 min outside of Sortland with significant distance to the next Hut, ensuring maximal quietness&privacy, in Summer a Lake ia Close by. We found all we could possibly need in the hut. Watching the Northern lights from the Whirlpool (little extra) was a dream. We were feeding the wild birds and sad to leave such a nice place. Internet is quick and reliable. Communication with the hosts was super friendly and quick. Thumbs Up - clear recommendation if you search for a place to recharge your batteries.
