Words will fall short of how tastefully the property was done, from the structure to the interiors. The place was so clean and peaceful. The Jacuzzi and Projector set up was a very nice touch. My fur babies had an amazing time chasing each other in the beautifully spacious and green garden. Food included was yummy as well. The location of the property itself is so serene, letting you reconnect with the nature. Overall an amazing experience and will definitely to all family and friends.

From the moment we stepped inside, we were awestruck by the exceptional home interiors, which perfectly blended elegance, comfort, and sophistication. We also enjoyed the theatre room, which provided endless entertainment options. The superb sit-out area near the swimming pool was perfect for our family barbecue nights, and we cherished every moment spent together in this picturesque setting. I stay at this place for wonderful host, good rooms maintained daily. This one is on the third floor, with an open terrace in the front, very good feeling during the stay. Only with government / local municipality wakes up to make the roads better. Will want to go again. Thank you.

Un séjour express et intense ! Un immense merci à Sharannath pour ses recommandations, nous avons pu profiter au maximum des environs, en mixant visites culturelles, plage et gastronomie. La maison est moderne, super équipée et idéalement située : au calme, mais proche des principaux spots à voir - et plusieurs bons restos aux alentours (là aussi merci à notre hôte pour les recommandations :) Une région qui mérite vraiment de passer plus de temps...nous reviendrons :)

This beautiful villa feels like home, the moment I entered i could feel the warmth also the ambience, amenities and specially they have a well equipped kitchen i made some yummy dinner for all of us! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at villa 19 by kiwistays. The moment i saw that bathtub i was so excited and happy to use it and i did!!! I loved each and every corner of this house.

The place and the host were wonderful. Easy to locate, and everything is accessible. Great location. The host was very communicative, very helpful and kind. Made us feel very comfortable. The stay was fabulous. Rooms, kitchen, the bathrooms, and the balconies were all really well maintained. Had a fantastic time and a great place to start the new years 🎉

The host and caretaker were proactive and accommodating, reaching out immediately after booking confirmation and even facilitating an early check-in. The villa was impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. It came equipped with a reliable WiFi connection and a TV preloaded with popular OTT platforms, ensuring great entertainment options. Food delivery services like Swiggy and Zomato cater to this area, and it’s easy to get cabs as well. The swimming pool and jacuzzi, located at the nearby Clubhouse, are just a short walk away and add to the relaxing atmosphere. The caretaker was exceptionally responsive, just a call away, and available even for late-night requests. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Beautiful house with two bedrooms. One bedroom can accommodate 2 people and the one on the first floor has 2 master beds that could accommodate 4 or 6 people. House is beautifully decorated and maintained well. Caretaker Padma was a nice lady who made coffee for us and was helpful. Quiet surroundings with absolutely no disturbances. Good restaurants near by and they also deliver food. Drawing room was beautiful. Overall everything was good. Just there is a bit of mosquitoes in the lawn and they also get inside if the doors are left open or opened and closed often. Found it difficult to sleep in the ground floor bedroom due to mosquito bites. Take odomos or any mosquito repellent with you. Only thing the place lacks is a swimming pool, but the beauty of the house compensates for that. Beach is like 5 minutes walk. Overall super happy with the place and planning to there again soon.

I loved the place from start to finish. Perfect to host a beach house party for friends. The place was clean and tidy and the care taker, Sunil took such good care of us by getting us anything we want. The AC’s work so well and the rooms are so spacious for so many people to sleep and accommodate. Loved the entire home and had the best time in the swimming pool. Loved the host and his kindness. He was very sweet from start to finish and helped me with all of my doubts. Overall, it was worth the money and all my friends enjoyed. And it’s not very far in ECR. Very close to the busy areas of ECR.

The place is amazing and very peaceful. Surrounded by greenery and away from the buzz. The place is well for a quick weekend chill.

Amazing place, exactly like the pictures. Great caretaker Vikas, was very attentive towards us. The only problem you might face is locating the property if you follow the google maps, just follow the instructions given. Everything in the house was spotless, AC worked fine
