Its a great place...small but enough for two....I was single there....good neighborhood. For those who have work or something to do in and around Powai a great place to stay....The security is 24 hours.....I found the bathroom a bit small but thats fine...I fully recommend this place

A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Mumbai As a first-time visitor to the vibrant city of Mumbai, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during my 3-week trip. Location: The unit is located in Mahim, which is right in the center of Mumbai—making it incredibly convenient for exploring both South Mumbai and the suburbs. The train station is just a 10-minute walk away, and Bandra and Juhu are easily accessible by car. Amenities: Ravi has truly gone above and beyond in equipping the unit. It’s perfectly suited for both families and solo travelers. The kitchen is designed for heavy cooking with a proper gas stove setup. The WiFi is fast and stable, and I had no trouble streaming Netflix on both TVs. Convenience: Ravi takes exceptional care of his guests. Groceries were delivered promptly, and I really appreciated the thoughtful gesture of providing an umbrella as the monsoon season set in. This stay exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

As a physician and an NRI visiting Mumbai for clinical conferences near Tata Hospital, this flat offered a seamless blend of comfort, western convenience, and a touch of old Bombay charm. Located in the Parsi Colony with easy access to Bandra and South Mumbai, it was both peaceful and well-connected. A great choice for professionals or families looking for a warm, heritage-style stay in the city. Will book again on next visit.

Good place and responsive host and pretty well connected to public transit

House is great, babul and sarath were amazing. Babulal is great in cooking. House is great. Negative point is we have to watch on water and bathroom were small and bit dusty. Hall is big and clean, master bed is big and clean with lots of closet for clothes.

We had a very pleasant stay. The cook and care taker was amazing and cooks amazing food. There was no problem at all. Excellent service.

We had to book and move into Vandana's listing late in the night due to a challenging situation with a host we booked prior.. We checked in around 1am super tired, hungry and half asleep.. Thanks to Vandana being very responsive and proactive in helping us book and ensuring the check in very easy. House help was waiting for us when we reached at 1am to show us into the room and made sure we were comfortable and settled in. The place is as beautiful as it shows up in the pictures, beautiful and peaceful locality... while my friend was working, i rested an entire day... sat out side ate... walked around.. it was an amazing stay. Host is very easy going, pleasant and sweet so is the help. We loved our stay.

Absolutely loved the area and the place. It was clean and felt right at home. The area is one of the best you’ll find in Mumbai for this price. The host is very welcoming and helpful. The most impressive part was that I stayed during coldplay concert where all the stay prices were increased by a lot but this place price was the same. Speak volumes about their integrity. Overall absolutely go for it. You will have a pleasant stay here.

Amazing spacious villa

This is my second time staying with Pragya and every time I never want to leave. Nani ka Ghar is the calm oasis you need in all of Mumbai’s hustle and bustle and it quickly feels like home. I’ll continue recommending this space to anyone who needs a quiet little home to come back to in Bombay. You’ll book an Airbnb but go home with a suitcase full of memories and make life long friends.

Clean and affordable. Highly recommended. This place offers the best value for your money. Birds chirping early in the morning make the surroundings quite a bliss. Hustle and bustle around make the neighbourhood a bit noisy during the day. Overall the place is perfect!

Karan's place is great. There's a nice view of the sea from the bedroom and the location is in the heart of Bandra (cool neighborhood a bit north of the CBD and pretty near the airport). Would definitely recommend it.

We had an amazing stay here! The place was exactly as described online and as represented in the pictures. The modern look of the place was beautifully set in an all-black theme and just about everything - the beds, balcony, kitchen and bathroom, were well decorated. The place was so unique from all our previous B&B stays, as it was full of books, and also had board games to play with. The kitchenette was well-maintained with all the kitchen/cooking necessities present, which was a huge PLUS point for us. The balcony was pleasant to stay on, and had an amazing view - both of the huge, serene lake AND the twinkling city lights! Khizr was so kindly communicative and was always proactively checking in on us via chat. It felt good to have a host who was so keen on making sure that we’re enjoying our stay and that we have everything that we may need. The stay also included housekeeping services which was very helpful. I would change nothing with the place and I hope to visit again!

Traveling with my elderly parents, we found the home to be a perfect blend of comfort, charm, and convenience. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully arranged to make everyone feel at ease. Vaishali is an exceptional host — warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. She made sure we had everything we needed, and her kind gestures meant so much to our family. The peaceful location, easy access to amenities, and serene atmosphere made it ideal for my parents to relax while we enjoyed some quality time together. I wholeheartedly recommend this gem of a place for families looking for a welcoming and restful retreat. Will certainly visit again and truly recommend this place

Our stay was quite nice. The room was enough for 2 persons (but we were three, not the fault of the property owner) and there was a functional kitchen along with utensils, a microwave, washing machine, and other equipment. While parts of Mumbai are famous for water scarcity, we didsn't face any problems as the AirBnB came with a personal water tank of 500 LT and a water pump. The location of this property is another positive side - very close to Bandra market and all the great great restaurants & cafes. One can get shared autos to Bandra station, Bandra-Worli sealink is also accessible by car. One thing that stood out wa the communication from Ashish. He was super responsive and helpful. Upon hearing our requirements, he never took more than 10 mins to solve them. That gesture was so very nice! He is also a super inclusive and LGBTQ-friendly person. We traveled to Mumbai along with our transgender colleague for work and Ashish was very accommodating and encouraging towards her and us.

It was Beautiful and cozy place, would love to come back again

Had a very comfortable stay. The host Mr. Raviraj was very helpful and responsive. The location is centrally located and easily accessible. The house pics shared by the host are the same as is. And the view is so beautiful. Waking up every morning to such a beautiful view is a dream come true. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

It felt like home! Quite close to my house so I could pop by my mums house anytime and Bridget was really helpful too with everything. We had all the things we needed in the apartment hence booked it for our next stretch too

I stayed 4 months in Chintan's place. It is ideally situated in Bandra close enough to walk on the Bandra band stand or reclamation and a short walk to St Mary's basilica and Lilavati hospital. The area has coffee shops and bars as well as restaurants close by. The flat is very comfortable and had all the amenities I needed for my stay as a solo traveller. The kitchen is well equipped with every thing you need for a long stay. TV has a good selection of premium services to keep you occupied should it rain. The maid service which is included ensured the flat was always clean and that the bedding was changed on a regular basis. Rickshaws and Ubers were easy to get and the location made it easy to get around Mumbai with easy connection to the western Express way and sea link. Chintan was very responsive as a host I would recommend this place to anyone and indeed I have booked my next stay.
