Butterfly Barn in the Smoky Mountains

LisaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Perfect spot for me and my 12-year old son. We loved staying at Katy's while visiting Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. I felt safe and right at home. I loved seeing the chickens (yard raptors the sign said, lol) and the chatty goose. I enjoyed the private balcony and the listening to the babbling brook. I sat out there in the rain just listening. We look forward to visiting again. thank you Katy and family for a wonderful experience.

Quiet Peaceful Guest home Sevier County Knoxville

RichardRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Wonderfully quiet location, yet close enough to get to stores with a quick drive. Quiet roads even up into the nest neighborhood, thus great for walking my dog without all the fuss of packing up to get to a location. Michele and Joe are fabulous hosts and very responsive to any concerns. In the end they made me feel like part of their family during the time I was there. My dog and I will definitely return for a third stay and more!

Norris Lake Front TN Tiny House Glamping + More!

SamRating, 5 stars3 months ago
There's no place like home.... Except for Davy's! Our five star stay began with Davy being extremely helpful and understanding when our check-in date fluctuated. We approached midnight and into the morning hours traveling to Davy's, and he never once missed a message or had any issues with our ever-changing plans. Upon arrival we were upgraded to the apartment downstairs as he felt the space would be more accommodating for our needs. Throughout our stay Davy and Julie never missed a beat. My husband immediately enjoyed the lake front and it's abundance of food fishing. The canoe on site was just he needed to fully enjoy all Norris lake had to offer. The space was fully equipped with anything and everything we needed in our Month long stay. I enjoyed relaxing in the massage chairs so much so, my husband decided to enjoy them a time or two as well. The sense of home and family we felt at Davy's made us sure to return in the future... Julie and Davy: not only great hosts... now friends

Walnut Grove; Pets ok; Close to Downtown

DinaRating, 5 stars20 months ago
We stayed in this cozy cottage on our recent trip to Knoxville for a UT college tour and football game. The location was very convenient for accessing the north side of Knoxville and avoiding most traffic related to the game. It was only about a 15 minute drive, but being on top of this hill in the woods of Fountain City made you feel you were worlds away. The views of the mountains in the distance were beautiful. And my teenage son enjoyed the tennis and basketball court. If we had had more time I would have loved to make use of the firepit. Oh, by the way, the bathroom is indeed tiny but the shower had great water pressure and was nice and hot!

Country+Convenient to Knoxville/Oak Ridge/Farragut

MarkRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Stayed at the cottage while visiting friends at Lenior City. It was the perfect place for my wife & I. Teh cottage was newly renovated, tastefully decorated, clean and just the right size for us. Our favorite was the covered side deck. Although we out for most afternoons and evening, spending the mornings out on the covered deck with coffee, breakfast and watching the neighbor's horses in the adjacent field was a wonderful treat. Although its location is on a side road, access to stores etc. is only a couple minute drive away. There also are a few curvy roads getting to the place but that only reminded us of the area we live in. The only item we were wondering about is that we didn't find any checkout instructions regarding cleaning and bedding laundry. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay for us.

Smoky Mountain High -Top of the World

KeithRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This place is amazing! The jaw dropping views to the host Brian and Lise. I cant say enough good things about the place and the hosts. We arrived on June 6th about 3-330 pm. We all talked and introduced ourselves. (Brain, Lise (hosts), Jenny (my girlfriend) and I ) I got the truck and trailer parked then the car off the trailer. (Great communication from Lise on how to park before we even rented). After that Brian gave us a tour of the outside stuff. The grill, the fire pit and of course how to run the hot tub. When that was done we got all settled in to the place for our 3 night vacation. Those 3 days we drove and saw everything we could. At the end of each day we would relax with a soak in the hot tub and views. This is a must stay place! Brian and Lise are very mindful of your privacy and some of the nicest people I have met. Brian even called to make sure we got home safe. We will be back for sure! Thanks again from Keith and Jenny from Wisconsin

The Chicken Coop city meets country in a cozy spot

MariamRating, 5 stars2 days ago
This place was so creative and wonderfully decorated with its chicken coop theme. We didn’t have time to use the private pool, sadly, but it’s one of the things that drew us to it. Wanda was very helpful, responsive, and kind. Would definitely stay again and hope we do sometime! Also, cheaper than a hotel stay and feels more like home ❤️

La Casetta, SoKno

SydneyRating, 5 stars5 months ago
Amelia’s place was overall good and what was expected which is why I have 5 stars. The place was pretty clean and had everything you would need. Finding was easy since she has pictures of where to go and park. She also communicated well and made sure check in went smoothly. Location was good! Within 10 minutes of everything we wanted to do. I do hope she takes some of my feedback and applies to the place…the main area has a bunch on windows so at night it was a bit odd feeling like people could see inside. A few things to note prior to booking: there are skylights in the room so if you are sensitive to the light and sleep in, that may be a problem. The bed was also not the best, seemed like a quality mattress but very used. A few times the garage doors under the place opened/closed so you could hear it (was only a slight issue for us because we had a baby and they woke up to the sound of it) other than the baby sleeping it wouldn’t have been a problem at all but just so other parents

Relax in a Smoky Mtn getaway near Knoxville

CarmenRating, 5 stars6 months ago
Tonys place is currently going through some renovations (deck and pool) which took longer than expected to be completed therefore we were not able to use those amenities but Tony immediately messaged me in enough time to cancel and rebook somewhere else. Tony worked with us and we decided to stay at his place. The place was very clean, my kids loved the foosball table, and all the movie selections available. I appreciated Tonys quick responses anytime we had a question. The kitchen was well stocked with enough pots and pans and bathroom had enough towels for everyone to use. The downstairs bathroom had a really nice shower head. I'm pretty sure once the renovations are completed and the weather is warmer the deck and pool will look amazing. Unfortunately we did not have a chance to use the outdoor screen but it looked really cool.

Shiloh Cottage

SueRating, 5 stars1 day ago
We enjoyed our stopover at this adorable cottage midway on our journey!! It is so nice, clean, and accommodating..... we loved it. Hanna had left some yummy scones, eggs from their farm, coffees/flavorings, snacks, and bottled waters for us. That means a lot while traveling. The bed was so comfy, and we were thankful for a good AC system, since it was extremely hot while we were there. We enjoyed seeing the farm animals. The cottage and surroundings were meticulous, which shows us that they really care about their guests.
