Nice place to stay for a getaway. The property is next to the beachfront. Caretakers very helpful and accomodating. However, there is no free wifi to connect to just like any other places provide. This is significant to me since not all foreign guests have local phone network.

Great place to relax, we had a peaceful stay. The owners are responsive and so accomodating. We definitely recommend this to our family and friends.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Getaway – Would Stay Again! We had a wonderful stay at Kings Manor from April 16–18! The place was exactly as described—sparkling clean, stylish decor and incredibly cozy. The location was ideal for a quiet retreat away from the noise of the city. Fernando was a gracious and responsive host, making check-in a breeze and offering helpful local tips. We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, the pool and peaceful balcony. Minor note for future guests: Flies inside the unit but it wasn’t an issue for us as they have provided swatters and repellants. Overall, we highly recommend this rental and would love to return! This is has been our go-to place whenever we visit Bolinao, which like in every 2 years. We like that it's private, although, there were less resorts beside it a few years back, now we can hear the videoke sessions in the nearby resort. The entire house is enough to fit 11 of us, they put on extra mattresses already. All the cooking utensils needed were provided, even the towels and the water for the dispenser. Mang David, the caretaker, was extemely helpful and courteous. He was also present whenever we were at the beach. What makes us keep going back aside from the comfortable and beautiful house, it's the beach with its white sand. I hope that Bolinao maintains the cleanliness in the shore. I noticed that more trash were washed ashore during lowtide. Will go back soon.
