You will have a large living-dining room, kitchen area connecting with a terrace and pool area over nearly 240 m². The 110 m² pool area includes a 10 x 4.5 m pool heated between 28° and 29°, sauna, changing rooms and shower. A 2nd living room, always cool in summer (and little heated in winter!) is equipped with a 3/4 billiard table, a Bonzini foosball table and a Monster Bash pinball machine. In front of the house, pond with pontoon.

You will be alone to enjoy the space, feeling of freedom, communion with nature. There is enough space for 4 people and their animals to feel good there.
