Amfreville-la-Mivoie – Beautiful View Villa – Swimming Pool

LandryRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
I rented this house so that my wife and her friends could have a great time and that was the case. The house was beautiful and faithful to the photos. Yann our host is very professional and was very responsive to the few questions we had. I rated the service 5 stars because it's worth it. The only small downside is the pool water is a little cool, which prevented my wife and her friends from swimming. Our host assured us that the pool settings were at a temperature of 27°C. I would not contradict him since no accessible device allowed to check the water temperature. I would therefore advise future guests to take a small thermometer to check if they have any doubts. Otherwise, I'll say it again, everything was perfect and very, very professional.
A spacious terrace features wooden decking and is furnished with two lightweight chairs, a shaded area provided by an umbrella, and a seating arrangement. Lush green hedges outline the garden, enhancing the outdoor space. The lawn is well-maintained, inviting relaxation.

Detached house: Barentin

We had a lovely stay with the family at Isabelle's house. The house is welcoming, clean, well furnished and perfectly matches the listing. Everything is designed to make you feel good, both adults and children. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and precise, which made the organization very smooth. Isabelle was available and very responsive to each of our questions, which is really appreciated. We would recommend this rental without hesitation and would love to return on a future stay in the area.
A charming street scene showcases narrow pathways lined with traditional timber-framed buildings. Colorful flower pots adorn the facades, leading towards a distant steeple. The cobblestone pathway is gently illuminated by natural light, inviting exploration.

Quiet house

JamesRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Thank you for a wonderful stay. The house was exactly what we wanted! Easy to find and in a fairly quiet setting (just the sound of peacocks and the odd moo from a cow - lovely). The village (which was really pretty) was walkable for breakfast from the bakery or cafes etc. There’s a lovely park at the end of the driveway, with flamingos and peacocks etc. The house itself is large and well appointed. With a full kitchen with all crockery and implements etc. The ground floor is an open space living/dining/kitchen, with a garage off this (which had the garden furniture in). And a bathroom and wc. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two doubles and a twin. With balconies. The only downside was no upstairs bathroom. The rooms were furnished basically, but they were clean and the beds comfortable. The electric window blinds really helped to black out the room for sleeping. We’d certainly return and have even recommended it to other friends. Carole was very helpful & responsive!

Master's House (1850), wooded park, near the sea

CelineRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
I was particularly pleased with the quality of the exchanges, both with the owners and with the housekeeper. Everyone was considerate, attentive and friendly. The house, in its original state, which is well indicated by the owners, has a lot of charm. A large and beautiful garden and space inside. There were 8 of us and we all had a very nice time I think. I valued this shared time. The house and the attentive welcome helped me to keep an excellent memory of it. With my sincere thanks for this 🌸🙏
A spacious exterior view of a wooden house showcases a light-colored façade with multiple garage doors. A pathway leads to the front of the property, which is bordered by a well-manicured lawn and trees in the background, under a clear blue sky.
