Location exactly as described. Great service from Andréia. The neighborhood where it is has everything nearby. It's a little bit far from the center (30 to 40 min) and tourist attractions. But everything you need immediately is nearby: pharmacy, market, laundry, etc.) Amazing condominium, too.

After entering the house we were very satisfied with the place, the cleanliness, the check-in was very practical, we entered without any problems, all the items that were discussed were totally impeccable. Always quiet and cozy

We spent 11 days in the apartment, and we loved the stay, we felt totally at home. Clean, safe environment, wonderful view, and the condominium provides us with a great leisure area, with a swimming pool, park. We loved it and we would definitely return on another occasion, because in addition to the points I mentioned, it is close to everything we need, such as a supermarket, pharmacy, laundry, shopping… And the host was super helpful!

Luciano's space is very beautiful, pleasant and comfortable. The photos perfectly match the ambiance. The building is very well located, with a large supermarket just 20 meters away, and the view is wonderful. My stay was perfect, and I highly recommend the space!

You can see the owner's care for the place, since we were provided with an environment with brand new planned furniture, as well as a very clean and functional apartment. The owner complied with everything he proposed in the listing and was very attentive and helpful. In addition to all these features, the condominium has a doorman, which gave me a lot more security. The location of the property was also essential, since I had to travel to several points and the Uber was not so expensive.
