A beautiful apartment with everything we needed for an excellent stay in Riyadh. The apartment is exactly as described; extremely spacious, clean and comfortable. N is a brilliant host; he went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and at home during our stay. We will definitely be back!

السلام عليكم اولاً : اشكر الاستاذ ثامر اشد الشكر على تعامله واسلوبه الراقي ، ومن افضل المستضيف الي مررت عليهم ، باخلاقه ، وبكرمه من حيث الاستفسار او الطلبات يلبى لكم جميع م تحتاجه ، يوفر لكم خدمة النظافة اذا اخذت اكثر من يوم ثانياً : الله يبارك لك فى منزله لامانه جداً جداً جميل ، متعة بصريه داخل السكن ، الشراحه ، فخامة الاثاث والتنسيق ، لامانه شعرت اني ساكن في بيتي من كثر الراحه ثالثا : والاهم تواصله معك الدايم والرد السريع ، واهتمامه بالضيف من كل النواحي 🌹

تعامل من قبل المضيف راقي وسريع الاستجابه وينفع السكن فيه لفترات طويله وكذلك اشوف افضل سكن كنظافه ووترتيب في المنطقه المجاورة لها

Stayed here for a little less than a month in spring of 2025. Hosts were accommodating and generous, even going as far as providing me with a backed chair for the desk. Speaking of which, the desk is small but workable, and the WiFi / internet speed was strong enough for video calls, etc. Apartment is well equipped in most ways, and everything works well. There’s a lot of natural light through the windows, and the furnishings are very tasteful. Having a washer and dryer on the premises (shared in a common area) was a major plus. The neighborhood is relatively quiet, and there’s a nice view of some skyscrapers from the balcony. There are plenty of coffee shops, tea shops, restaurants, grocery stores, etc in easy walking distance. For things farther away, this being Riyadh, a car is useful. Luckily ride shares and delivery folks have no problem finding it. Overall a great place to stay in Riyadh, and you can tell the hosts care. Recommended.

مكان جميل وتعامل راقي جداً جداً جداً والحي هادىء والوصول للموقع سهل وادق التفاصيل موجوده حتى البخور موجود من اجمل الامكان . والله كل يوم امدد يوم جديد من جمال المكان والراحة النفسية اللي فيه ولي عودة لنفس المكان ان شاء الله وهذا المكان بالمفضلة عندي كلمة شكراً ما توفيكم حقكم الف مليون شكر والله حسيت اني ببيتي فعلاً 👌🏻.

مسكن جميل و هادىء و نظيف و مرتب و مضيف متعاون و يعمل ليحصل الضيف على كامل راحته و سريع الاستجابه و الردود و ايضاً المكان اجمل من الصور و تشعر به كأنك في منزلك من توفر كل شي و ايضاً الراحه

Very good apartment, Mr. Abdo is very nice and supportive during the time we are in Saudi. The apartment is clean and very near for the city center.

مناسب جدا إذا مسافر لوحدك، المساحة صغيرة لكن كافية بالنسبة لشخص واحد ، قريب من بقالة ومغسلة والمواقف متوفرة المضيف متجاوب والسعر كان جدا مناسب لي

What an amazing property and location 10/10. Moments away from Kingdom Arena, Boulevard, shops, everything you need literally at your doorstep. Would highly recommend and I would definitely be coming same place next time.

I had a truly pleasant and comfortable stay at this property. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional hospitality of the host, Abu Abdullah. Being new to Riyadh, I wasn’t sure what to expect—but from the moment I arrived, I was met with kindness, warmth, and constant support. Abu Abdullah went above and beyond from the very beginning—helping me with guidance from the airport, making the check-in seamless, and always being available whenever I needed assistance. His genuine care and attention made me feel at home in a new city. The property itself is spotless, well-maintained, and provides all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Because of the amazing experience, I ended up extending my stay for an additional month. If you're considering a place to stay in Riyadh, look no further. With such a reliable host and a clean, welcoming home, this property is an easy choice. Highly recommended!
