This is a beautiful home in a safe and quiet location. Very clean!

Lily is an incredibly warm host who made us feel at home and relaxed from the start. She sent us a lot of useful information before arrival. The self check in is very easy and smooth. She was always happy to help with anything we needed. The location was excellent - right in the city center. It is very easy to get around to enjoy the good street food in Hai Phong. The stay was clean, cozy and modern with unique style. We would love to come back and stay for longer! Highly recommend!

We had a lovely 2-day-1-night stay at Tonkin Ha Long. The apartment is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated in a cozy Rustic-Indochine style. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a balcony with both sea and mountain views – perfect for relaxing or taking photos.

Agradezco la amabilidad y atención Minh. Tuve solo un percance importante en la habitación que no mencionaré porque creo que escapa relativamente de lo que podría hacer ella como anfitriona. Sin embargo, ante la situación fue muy activa en solucionarlo, el personal de aseo llegó rápidamente y limpiaron un par de detalles que había en la habitación. También cambiaron sábanas, toallas y todo lo que ofrecía, que por lo demás es de muy buena calidad. El espectáculo de la vista de día y de noche, junto con la comodidad, luz natural y comodidad del lugar hacen una estadía perfecta; la verdad salí solo a visitar long bay. El restaurante lo encontré un poco caro para lo pequeño de los platos y lo simple de la carta, pero el personal es muy amable y por comodidad solo comí ahí. Recomido este lugar sin duda alguna, si vuelvo a ha long este será mi lugar !por supuesto!. Muchas gracias Minh eres excelente profesional en el servicio que entregas.

Nguyen was very responsive, had great recommendations, and helped every time we reached out. The property was even better than we expected with access to great views, restaurants, spas, bars, etc. Our experience was 10 times better given the experience and we were sad when we had to leave! 11/10 would recommend :)

Провели прекрасный месяц в этом жилье. Все понравилось! Вокруг много магазинов со всем необходимым и много ресторанов. Найти такси не составляет труда. Квартира прекрасно подходит для удаленной работы. Есть как минимум один рабочий стол, который можно занять ноутбуком, еще сверхскоростной интернет. Из окон прекрасный вид на бухту, скалы тоже видно. Хозяйка заботливо предупредила о том, что большинство магазинов будут закрыты в период празднования Нового года, так что у нас была возможность закупить продукты заранее. Спасибо Giang за гостеприимство ❤️

Lovely apartment super comfortable with electric curtains the food choices for room service weren't great and the food no better than OK but superb views highly recommended

I've stayed in many Airbnbs, but this stands out as one of the best. Kevin and Anna are wonderful hosts who go the extra mile to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. The accommodation is decorated to a high standard and looks better than it does in the photos. The view from the 38 floor panoramic window is sublime. Kevin offered to organise a scooter and also a Halong bay 2 day cruise. Unfortunately I wasn't able to do either but if I ever go back to Halong Bay, I will definitely try to book again with Kevin and Anna. I highly recommend both them and their accommodation.
