Quiet countryside house

90 m² outbuilding adjoining the main residence: • Ground floor: 45 m² living space with kitchen and living room (sofa bed). • Floor: 2 spacious bedrooms, each with private shower room and separate toilet: - Terra Cotta Room: Double bed (140 cm). - Blue Room: Double bed (180 cm) or 2 twin beds (90 cm) + single bed (80 cm). Exterior: Secure swimming pool (6 m × 12 m), open from May to September. Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Located in the heart of the Sarthe countryside, our cottage offers views of its garden and private indoor pool heated all year round! Guests will enjoy private parking and Wi-Fi. This spacious building includes 12 beds, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, Senseo, microwave... Welcome to Nuits de la Forêt. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a luxury cottage bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

Frédéric and Laura welcome you to their farmhouse, in a barn completely renovated in 2022. Come and enjoy this peaceful place in the countryside, 25 minutes from Le Mans. Apart from our home, your only neighbors will be our cows. You will have all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Your year-round heated indoor pool adjoining the living room will allow you to enjoy it in any season as well as the Nordic bath.

At the crossroads of Normandy, Sarthe and Mayenne and in the heart of the Alpes Mancelles, come and have a good time in this old renovated barn of 230 m² on a plot of 2900 m² with parking. Great place to meet with family or friends. Many walks to do in the surroundings, also ideal for nature lovers, trail or hiking (1.2 km from the GR36) or for those who want to spend a weekend or vacation in the countryside!

Nice accommodation in the countryside

We offer accommodation in a recently restored, quiet and pleasant old stable. You will have a living room (sofa, TV, microwave, fridge, kettle, Senseo coffee machine), a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) and a mezzanine bedroom (one 160 x 200 bed and one 90 x 190 bed). There's no kitchen. Guests can enjoy our pleasant garden. This home is by our house. It is less than 40 minutes from the 24-hour circuit.

For a weekend, forget your worries in this spacious and relaxing space. Ideal for a large family, this farmhouse is located in the Sarthe countryside, 30 minutes drive to Le Mans (15 minutes by train). The owners are housed in an adjoining and independent space, they remain available if needed.
